Sehr aufmerksames Personal in allen Bereichen. Zimmer komfortabel und schön gestaltet. Im Haus ein Michelin Restaurant in einem wunderschönen Raum. Der Atlantik direkt vor der Tür....es war perfekt. Wir wollen unbedingt wieder kommen. Dankeschön.

O hotel é simplesmente deslumbrante. A decoração é impecável, a vista é incrível e a primeira impressão ao chegar é verdadeiramente de tirar o fôlego. A arquitetura é maravilhosa e, a cada passo, o hotel revela um novo encanto. Os móveis e cada detalhe da decoração demonstram muito bom gosto, sofisticação e personalidade.
Os enxovais são de excelente qualidade, o quarto com varanda é amplo e extremamente confortável. O café da manhã é farto e variado, o spa é lindo, e os restaurantes do hotel oferecem uma experiência maravilhosa. Outro grande destaque é o atendimento: os garçons são muito solícitos, atenciosos e extremamente agradáveis.
Um ponto que me chamou bastante atenção, especialmente como brasileira, foi perceber que os colaboradores boa parte, Brasileiros, demonstram felicidade em trabalhar no hotel, se sentem valorizados e falam disso com orgulho. Isso faz toda a diferença na experiência do hóspede e torna o ambiente ainda mais especial.
Amei a estadia e pretendo voltar em breve. Sem dúvida, é um hotel que proporciona uma experiência única, sofisticada e inesquecível com gostinho de quero repetir,😂
