Pros:

The location is wonderful

Cons:

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool. I called the day befor to insure that it would be open. It was not and no one informed me.

Front checking agent Tara was very sweet knowledgeable and was training and still kept up with the line assisted guest as well as helped her. She went over and beyond

Cons:

Blonde hair was found on my bedding along with a small red bug I told the front desk they said they would get right on it

Trash left in the rooms. Carpets and bathroom floor where dirty. Had to pay for wifi and breakfast. Dinning room area dirty. Pool was hot and not clean. Menu was lacking for food choices. Prices for snacks were way over priced.

Good spot in Memphis for comfort if you have a car to travel around town.
Pros:

This was a wonderful classy place. Very comfortable rooms. Great bar (though really really pricey). Great breakfast.

Cons:

Some of my early morning breakfasts found the lobby not quite ready for guests--dishes etc. from the night before. These were cleaned up later, but I was surprised that it wasn't done before guests would start waking.

Great hotel, amazing staff!

Location was great and was close to every food spot imaginable.

Cons:

WiFi was not the best. Regardless, I was barely in the room and didn’t pay too much attention to that.

Weekend stay for my wife's birthday - Great Location, Great Staff, Great Stay
Pros:

Breakfast was great! A little on the pricey side if you're paying out of pocket but you receive a coupon for a free breakfast which after trying for free, I had no problem paying for on the second morning.

Cons:

Honestly, not much. My only complaint is that the A/C in our room had a bit of dust on the vent by the bed and didn't blow cold. It did blow cold over by the couch.
