Decent hotel minutes from train and bus station
Pros:

Very close to the station which was good for me and only 15 mins tops to the historic centre, it’s a pleasant city

Convenience, Simple, Value for money
Pros:

The location is great just next to the train station and just next to the hotel is Mcdonald's and convenient store. Few minutes of walk we have Starbucks and a little mall. The room is comfortable but a bit narrow. The breakfast is the best, we have hide beef as a breakfast everyday. They also have a free onsen room.
