Best night sleep
Pros:

Amazing experience and A-1service. We rested very well at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and the rooms were very nice and clean which is a plus. We had plenty of room as well.

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end!
Pros:

This hotel was great! We had the best stay. I felt pampered and special from the time we pulled into Valet until Valet retrieved our car. From accompanying us to our room to deliver our bags, to opening my car door to leave, the stay felt luxurious. The room and bed were very comfortable and most importantly, clean! The restaurant and bar were not busy but we had a delicious meal and drinks. The bartender was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely return. Our stay was perfect beginning to end.

Great Stay
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. Mobile check-in via the Hyatt App was a game changer as there was a very long line for the counter. We walked right past the line and went straight to our room, which was modern, spacious, and clean. The bed slept well and the bathroom and shower were large. Self-parking is available, but pay a few dollars more for valet. Our valet, Kiara, greeted us with a beautiful smile and provided great customer service. I hope she's there when we visit again.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Nice staff. Perfect location for our visit to Dave and Busters, which was next door. Add the breakfast to your stay because it's really good. Beds were super comfortable.

Cons:

Stinky hallways.

Everything was great, except.......
Pros:

The valet was amazing, especially Avery. We would stay again. The only thing that was not great was the restaurant. The supervisor for the restaurant was awesome, but the waitress was rude and impatient. We would not return to the restaurant unless that supervisor took care of us.

Good location for short business trip
Pros:

Hayley and yolandez at front desk, and Debbie and her team in the restaurant, were standout for me. The hotel itself is a bit dated and needs maintenance (eg. guest entry door not latching correctly, desk chair back scuffed, elevator doors rattling during movement, etc

Such a great experience!
Pros:

I visited with my mom, we were having a girl's weekend in the city. We arrived to the friendliest reception. Julian really went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had an amazing weekend!
