DeeDee is a super exceptional valet. We arrived here from Atlanta for a hospital visit at UAB. I’m a Hilton Diamond member, and we were interested in the mall that connected to the hotel. This hotel was so beautiful and convenient.DeeDee immediately approached our vehicle greeted us with a huge smile, she began to tell us about the hotel and the amenities. She was so good at her job that I will continue to visit her in the near future.
Clean, comfortable, friendly team. Dee Dee and Garrett were great! Made the place feel like family.
Valets Mr Garrett and Dee Dee were awesome. Their smiles made my day every day. In a world where nobody talks to you, they made a point to be friendly.
Front desk (name began with an M) was so helpful when I needed a sewing kit quickly.

have an ivoice for $214 for one night. was charged a $23 parking fee TWICE and the final bill was over $270 2 seperate charges. I should not have to call the hotel each time I stay to rectify these items.. call me bill kurz 804 314 3821

Room was good, staff very polite and helpful. Great location with access to other services, restaurants, stores etc.
Limited access to TV Channels, but that is minor.
Our stay and experience was made great because of Kiara! She went above and beyond in the valet service to make sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed! Her smile was welcome and warm during the cold season we were in and her attitude was top notch and professional!

The location is great, and the place is very clean. However, the hallway is quite noisy, and I had trouble sleeping in the morning.
Amber and Stephen were awesome. I was sick and needed to go to Walgreens. They hooked me up with a ride right away. Amber drove and ev3n waited for me to finish getting my meds. Gave me a ride back to hotel. Both were a blessing to me.
Amber was great very professional and helpful. She made sure we got to the Stardome on time was picked up in a timely matter.
