Horrible service and Shabby Linen
Pros:

As I was travelling with my wife, I've booked a room with Queen size bed. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave me a room with seperate beds... With me asking for a room change he agreed for joining the beds in exisiting room. I asked for changing the linen and pillow covers, to which the hotel boy claimed that there are no more linens at the hotel. Then I asked for a room change, to which they agreed and gave me a room which was dusty enough to give me an allergy trigger. I've stayed in this hotel a year back and it was much more better last time. If you are looking for a clean and tidy room with better service - Keep away from this hotel.

Bon hôtel à Palakkad
Pros:

Un personnel hors du commun dans un établissement encore neuf.
Situé au bord d’une grand route dont on n’entend rien.
Mais chambres moyennement isolées.
Ceci dit, on s’y sent bien, le petit déjeuner est varié et bon et la gentillesse compense largement les petits défauts.
On y retournerait sans souci.
Les environs sont moyens.
