Pros:

So happened our room got a crack wall with chipping paints. Drain in our shower is too slow, way too slow. Black ants are crawling on the wall and in the bathroom sink.

The staff was friendly and helpful with any request. Plenty of food options within a 5 to 10 minute walk.The hotel was quiet and maintained. My roomm was a nice size clean with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed my stay

I would recomend the hotel, in fact I will be booking there again in the future.
Pros:

Friendly staff, very helpful. Very clean and spacious room. Aircon was good and not loud.
The resturant at the hotel is also very good.
guests are welome.
It was only approximately 180 pesos for a grab to Ayala Mall.

Cons:

The location is okay. But they shut off the nearby streets for a fiesta when I was there and no cars or taxi's could make it through. It was only a few minutes walk however.

Small but new hotel
Pros:

The triple room was all right in terms of size.

Cons:

There were no towels ready. They only issue one card key per room which is inconvenient if there are three of you in the family room and you need the card key for elevator access. The basement parking space is also tiny.
