Villa de Khaosan

Quick check-in, friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean and very comfortable, with really nice amenities in the bathroom, good location and short walk to all shops/restaurants/ bars/ sightseeing

Rooftop pool area is fantastic! Minutes from Khoasan Road. Lots of places to eat nearby. Very easy to get to many attractions.
The hotel room had a super comfortable bed and was very quiet even facing the road. The staff are very helpful and the buffet breakfast offered everything we needed for minimal cost. We would definitely stay again!

Room bed bathroom excellent condition. Good pillows a bar on the roof with limited hours there’s a restaurant in the lobby. It’s close to everything easy to access the river and transportation on the river. I travel solo felt comfortable and safe. I recommend this place.

A great location close to the main sites and just around the corner from Khoa San Road. Staff were friendly and rooms were excellent. Despite being just around the corner from the noise and madness of Khoa San Road the hotel was peaceful. The temples of old Bangkok were only a 25 min walk away or a few mins by Grab or Bolt. Only negative is that getting to the main central shopping areas can take a long time due to traffic and nearest metro is a miles walk away.

We enjoyed property very much. The service was exceptional in all areas. The breakfast buffet was lovely and offered a nice variety. The hotel and guest room very clean and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was small but had a very cozy feel and the decor was so tastefully done. Everything was as it appeared in the pictures. There are no surprises. There was a bit of hair on the bathroom floor but overall the room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable with fresh clean sheets. The area is also very interesting. It’s in the historic district of Bangkok. There are quirky neighborhoods with little alleys and plenty of good eating spots. Would definitely stay again.

We have no complaints about this hotel. Service was wonderful. Buffet break had many options including wonderful coffee made to order. Pool was clean and refreshing. Wifi was good. All essentials are a very short walking distance. Bed was comfy. Hotel was quiet so sleeping was easy!

Decent location if you want to visit khaosan rd

Great location around the corner from Khaosan Road, and quiet. Room was clean and tidy, 7 Eleven a couple of doors down. Short walk to the pier for the hop on hop off tourist boat, & an airport bus stop very near. Walkable down to the Royal Palace. Lovely rooftop pool, although the bar was not open when we were there.
Hotel aside, negotiate hard with the tuk tuk drivers hanging around outside (use Grab to get an idea of genuine rates) & learn from our mistake - be wary if they offer to take you on a tour. You will get taken to one lesser known temple then various retail outlets, & they will be quite insistent on you taking a boat road to a floating market as it won't be open tomorrow, the palace etc are supposedly closed until.....both a lie.
All in all very happy with our stay at this hotel and would stay again.

Our stay at Villa de Khaosan was absolutely incredible! This charming hotel strikes the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the exceptional staff, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

The pool area was a peaceful oasis—clean, inviting, and perfect for cooling off after exploring the city. The bar served great drinks in a stylish setting, making it a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. Every corner of the hotel was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail in both the design and daily upkeep was impressive. The beds are very soft and the airconditioning is excellent.

Our room was cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, and the team truly made us feel like valued guests.

Villa de Khaosan is a true gem in the heart of Bangkok. We can’t recommend it enough and will absolutely return on our next visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hotel was clean and nice. Staff were. Friendly. We were upgraded in our room and was told with a view. The view was of a car park with burnt out cars and scooters, homeless families and stay cats. Not quite what we expected. Breakfast was average. Location was good but would probably stay elsewhere.

Arrived early and was able to check in straight away. Room was a bit small but everything else about it couldn't be better.
The bed was very comfortable.
Staff was polite, helpful . The night male receptionist went out of his way to help us with the taxi app we were having problems doing

Scam alert upon checkout. They said the room was missing a pillow and demanded I pay 800 bht or they will call the police. I was in a rush so had to pay but the older lady at reception and the breakfast manager were both very rude.
Other than that, the other staff were great and location was good. Rooms were small but clean.

Property was very clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was also good, however it would be helpful if they had more than one person working the breakfast so that the eggs were not cold and other items were not cold by the time you received them.

The hotel and rooms were beautiful, food fabulous, and staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient area with a lot of shopping and restaurants. Great WiFi and AC as well. I will stay here anytime I’m in Bangkok!
