Cons:

La falta de empatía del camarero del desayuno ( el de anteojos) y se nota a muchos especialmente a la gente grande de recepción y el camarero del desayuno ( no los chicos jóvenes) se nota expresamente que están cansado de los turistas

Pros:

Hotel is in an excellent location to explore the grand palace and temples. Also lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Despite being on a busy street, the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. There is brilliant views from the rooftop pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only complaint is there is no info book in the rooms to share amenities details

Pros:

Great modern hotel in the perfect location around the Khaosan Road area. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is good, plenty of choice and decent value. Staff are friendly check in was quick & efficient. Loved the rooftop pool, a great space to chill out after a day sightseeing. Would highly recommended this hotel..:)

Solid hotel with helpful staff and great location
Pros:

very friendly & helpful staff. Great location for main attractions such as temples & grand palace. Good size room. Good roof top bar & pool with views over the city. Very close to handy shops such as 7-11for drinks, snacks etc. Good breakfast with a good range of items. Solid wifi - no problems connecting to the internet

Cons:

Not a lot of storage in the room - we had to live out of the suitcase as very little available for hanging clothes etc. Bar & food service stopped at 8pm so we always had to leave the hotel for food/drinks at night & large room windows - good for light & the view but would have been better with net curtains for privacy
