Beautiful building, hotel and breakfast with a few changes it will be even better

Bed was comfortable, clean, loved all the wooden interior. Breakfast was amazing (almost too complicated, maybe have a paper where you can check off the items you'd like (or do it digitally). Staff were all super nice, spa area was really lovely and roof terrace was amazing with the view. Fresh water available at reception, building was really beautiful and quiet. I would stay again but it is a bit pricey.

Cons:

Room was really nice but for the price, I would expect that the automatic fan didn't go on for so long and be so loud. We should be able to switch it on and off with the light like normal. Also with the terrace lights, they are automatic and only turn off at 23:00 and quite bright for no reason. I have mentioned both these to the front desk and they noted them down. It is down a decent hill so with luggage it's a challenge.

Das Zimmer riecht nach Arvenholz. Man fühlt sich auch als Alleinreisende wohl und willkommen. Frühstück à la Card mit regionalen Produkten Top

Cons:

Hatte das Standart Doppelzimmer, leider im Parterre. nicht sehr angenehm, da der Balkon direkt auf die Strasse geht. Zweckmässig eingerichtet. Für den Preis wäre eine Kaffemaschine und Kühlschrank wünschenswert. Wenn man geschäftlich unterwegs ist unpraktisch, da kein Tisch im Zimmer.

Personal sowas von nett und hilfsbereit!!
Frühstück mega /Abendessen hervorragend…:) Einfach fabelhaft !!!

A memorable few days in a beautiful hotel with extremely helpful and professional staff. The food is exceptional.
Pros:

The food was exceptional. The breakfast/brunch menu was outstanding. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Dinner was delicious. Fabulous drinks options. The views from the restaurant and rooftop are breathtaking. The location is convenient when travelling by train.

Cons:

The size of the room was disappointing. It was small for two people with luggage. The balcony was overlooked by neighbouring flats. There is no flexibility for an early check in, which is disappointing when travelling by train.
