Was given pool towels to dry off for the shower . No washcloths . We were given the floor mat towels to use . Room air did not function properly as it should. Cleaning of rooms should be more in detail and depth due to COVID and Flu … handprints were all in the bathroom I had to wipe down

It was extremely difficult to live in for two days with children I would not be returning

Thought it would have been better.

Breakfast was good and the room was nice. Location is nice. Front desk staff was really nice.

Cons:

Staff at cocktail hour were rude and were more interested in gossiping with each other than actually serving its customers. We had our teenage daughters with us who were sleeping on sofa bed but there were not enough pillows and when requested, we were told there were no more pillows. The girls had to use the decorative pillows from the sofa. We didn't have enough towels so we had to ask. Also, we asked for a cover for the girls because the one that is in the bag with sheets for sofa bed was not great, the man that brought up the cover gave us a cover that smelled immensely of cigarettes. When we went to enjoy some poo/spa time, there were kids unattended at the pool that were jumping off the ledge into the spa/jacuzzi. Their mother was sitting outside smoking a personal hookah. We had to ask the kids several times to please stop jumping into the jacuzzi with no success. We were looking to enjoy this time since it was our daughter's birthday, but were sadly disappointed.

I booked a family room, but there were no bedding for the kids. I asked for it three times at reception, but they didn't bring it. I went at 11 pm, and they finally gave it to me.
Parking is an additional $25.
