Very good value, considering the area
Pros:

Great staff, great location. Parking prices very reasonable for LA.

Cons:

The internet was pretty bad, at least from the room I was in. This is typically not a problem for me, since I would just put up a 4g/5g hotspot in those cases, but the Verizon cell signal was practically non-existent as well. Double cursed. During peak hours, the internet was almost at the unusable level. We use the internet to plan our day (google maps, places, costs, schedules.. etc) - you can get it done, but you will need to be patient and refresh a lot.

Too much noise from the highway made all other positive sides unimportant
Pros:

The room was super clean, the breakfast was excellent, the facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The location is just outstanding, a very safe neighborhood close to the restaurants, walks, Culver City downtown, etc.

Cons:

Noise from the highway in the room was terrible. They only have queen beds in the room on the highway side. Having that, I was staying with my kids, so the king’s bed was not an option. But the noise was so loud that I could barely sleep for the first few nights. The only solution the hotel proposed is to use “earplugs," which I cannot do for safety reasons.

A really enjoyable hotel.
Pros:

I totally enjoyed the gym's space and the way it's kept. The room is really comfortable and well organized. I believe the access to the Westfield mall is a giant plus. I will stay again soon when visiting my grandchildren nearby.

Cons:

Room service was missed on my second day. I mention this because if my partner was with me that would have been an issue. that was the only thing that could have improved

This was a hospital stay so although we weren’t up for entertainment we felt safe!
Pros:

Easy access to everything
Very clean
Restaurant on site

Cons:

Although the beds were ok they are not quite as comfortable as they were a year ago.. getting worn out

Excellent service from a friendly staff, and the early check-in made a long travel day much easier.
Pros:

All of the staff were professional, attentive, and happy to accommodate our needs. We arrived early because our flight landed at LAX around 8:00 AM, and since rooms were available, they graciously allowed us to check in early at no additional charge. I believe being a Marriott Bonvoy member certainly helped, and we truly appreciated the outstanding hospitality.

Wellness weekend ended in a panic attack.
Pros:

The property was close to the weekend wellness clinic I was attending.

Cons:

My 1st room was dirty. Eyelashes were sitting on the nightstand. After returning the lashes to the front desk, I was moved to another floor. I woke up on Monday morning to what sounded like construction and alarms going off. When I looked out the window, my car was no longer where I parked it the night before. There was no communication whatsoever as to the work on the parking lot or that they would be moving cars to the parking lot on the other side of the building. Management was apologetic but it didn’t change the fact that my wellness weekend ended up with me having a panic attack because they had moved my car.

Clean and nice looking hotel but a broken bed for some.
Pros:

The property was clean.

Cons:

The bed was broken and the mattress kept falling in on one side. So I would often wake up to sleeping on a slanted bed. I had to check out without sleeping the night there because it was hurting my back.
