Vuni Palace Hotel

Not a 5-Star Experience

We stayed at Vuni Palace Hotel for two weeks in September and were very disappointed. The room was small, dated, and poorly maintained – the shower leaked daily, the toilet ran all night, and there were no proper tea and coffee facilities. Reception staff were unhelpful and often rude.

Food was repetitive and of poor quality, with the same limited options every day, and drinks were overpriced. While the pool, beach area, and cleaning staff were pleasant, the overall service and standard fell far below what is advertised.

This is marketed as a five-star hotel, but in reality it is nowhere near that standard. I would not recommend staying here.

We stayed at Vuni Palace with my family and had a great experience! The service was excellent, and the views were beautiful. It's very close to Kyrenia Harbour and some nice casinos. The food was also good. We’d love to come back in the summer!

Thieves!!! taking advantage of old lady, my grandmother has Alzheimer's and it’s very bad memory loss she paid £666 for few days as we have a wedding and all the family is staying there. She got confused of where she was and wanted to check out; they checked her out and when I came to pick her up she said when are we going to the hotel? I took her back to the hotel and they said they weren’t giving her room back or money. I explained she’s got memory loss and didn’t mean to leave. the receptionist basically said he didn’t care and that they gave her room away but she can buy another room. So they kept the money and refused to give her a room back even though she paid. She later fell down and broke her arm. The hotel is a joke and full of crooks! Do not recommend! The receptions is a total joke!

Never ever have I experienced cheap operations on a supposed luxury hotel.
Looks good. but clearly catering for idiots who have no idea about customer satisfaction. Cheap money grabbers. All inclusive! Forget that! We were told to pay up for water despite the information formation provided to the contrary.
The 1 star is for the staff who were polite but clueless.
I’d rather sleep in the beach!

Would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.

Myself and my mother stayed at the hotel for a week at the beginning of July on a half board basis - having been a visitor to Northern Cyprus for over 35 years (albeit not a hotel resident normally) and having read all the negative reviews, was slightly concerned when I booked. I need not have worried, our room was excellent, spacious and modern, clean and tidy and well maintained. We used the hotel as a base whilst on the island and I would agree that perhaps it would be around a 4 star rather than 5, found all staff to be very attentive and eager to please and very pleasant and helpful. The food was buffet style but all fresh and a huge variety, you would be hard pushed to not find something you liked. We arrived during Byram so the hotel was exceptionally busy as we expected. Great hotel for families with option of a huge swimming pool or two areas on the beach - I would highly recommend and wanted to provide a honest and positive review - if I was travelling for a quiet relaxing time I would choose a smaller and quieter hotel but thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

otel rezervasyonu yapar yapmaz hesabımdan para çekildi, ancak otele gittiğimizde bu paranın otel hesabına aktarılmadığını gördük. resepsiyondaki görevli kredi kartı ekstremin ekran görüntüsünü mail atmamı istedi. çok saçma bir durum. bu nedenle buradan bir daha rezervasyon yapmayı düşünmüyorum. otel 5 yıldızlı ama tüpü televizyon var. yemekler ortalama, pek lezzetli değil. deniz, havuz ve konum olarak güzel. internet güzel çekiyordu.
