Gebuchtes Zimmer nicht erhalten,
Ankunft kompliziert, elektron. check in funktionierte nicht,
War mit Sehbehinderten unterwegs,
Deshalb extra Familienzimmer bestellt, und bezahlt, auch Anfrage ob wir dafür ein Frühstück bekommen wurde abgelehnt, insgesamt unfreundliches Service

Zimmer, Bett und Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ruhig.

Cons:

Wir hatten Problem beim Einchecken, da wir vorher keine Mail mit den Buchungsnummern erhalten hatten und wir zuerst telefonisch niemanden erreichen konnten. Als wir jemanden am Hörer hatten, ging es dann zügig.
Leider funktionierten nur ein paar wenige Sender im TV. Kein riesiges Problem , aber einfach ärgerlich.

Dusche lief nicht ab, Notfall Nummer konnte niemand erreicht werden.Fernseher vorhanden es funktionieren aber nur zwei Sender.
