Love the view, facing menara alor setar. room is clean
requested 1 more extra pillow for a child (8yrs old) , a bit reluctant to give, the staff said its not their responsibility for the 3rd person to have it. but she give at last after insisted.( for your info only 2 pillows in one room. ) we occupying 2 rooms. 4 adults & 1 child. at least hv some consideration . other hotel can provide 3-4 pillows even for 2 persons 😊

Part of pool is covered. Room size. Cheap. Lift.
When i booked it had 7+ rating - not warranted. Noisy. Cleaning poor - floor dirty and sticky, bathroom dirty. Towels threadbare. Sheets smelt clean but were discoloured. - covers worn. Cups cracked and discoloured. Pool is a public pool - ASRC = Alor Setar Recreation Centre. Much better options in Alor Setar - which is lovely place to visit.
