Pros:

Nice guesthouse, comfortable and large room. The owners are lovely, speak some English, and helped us find a scooter to rent. They provide a small breakfast for free (toast and hot drink). The property is well located and quiet.

Need to paint and clean the room.
Pros:

The room was not clean. Walls were very dirty. If they painted the room it might be okay.
