Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel liegt 50 Meter von der Tibeterärztin Dr. Dolkar entfernt, sehr gut zu erreichen. Essen konnte ich aufs Zimmer bestellen, das Frühstück ist im Preis Inbegriffen.

My stay was for a short duration, i had a early check out, but not happy
Pros:

I did not avail any breakfast

Cons:

While booking it was mentioned that its a 3* hotel, but I personally feel that * is not relevant to this hotel

Decent, if this is the one in your budget.
Pros:

Breakfast menu was decent and so was the breakfast.

Cons:

The curtains especially were very dirty and the blankets and sheets could have been cleaner.

Pros:

Had a disappointing experience at Areian International. The property was not well maintained — rooms looked old and needed urgent repairs. Basic cleanliness was lacking in some areas. The food options were very limited and far from what you’d expect for the price. Overall, not worth the money. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made

Cons:

It’s not a hotel it’s randhi khana, inside the dustbin of the room there was a used condom. Bedsheet was so dirty even after requesting multiple times, door was not able to lock, washroom was so dirty and stinks. What can u say more about …. Worst place ever

It was good but, they should have checked the room properly before giving it to the guest.
Pros:

The staff was very cooperative, and the uncle on reception was very helpful.

Cons:

In one of the rooms in which I was staying, the bathroom smelt very weird. They said it was due to the exhaust sucking the smell from the gutter that was beneath the bathroom.

It mostly ticks the boxes, so can be considered.
Pros:

The hotel had a fantastic Wi-Fi connection that was not only fast but also stable. Although the location was on a road, it was in a peaceful neighborhood. Additionally, it was close to both the metro and bus stops.

Cons:

The food was very expensive, and the linen was not changed throughout my entire stay. The rooms are in need of renovation, especially considering the price they charge.
