La amabilidad del personal, del hotel y el restsurante/bar/desayuno The Racks. Lo fácil que es ir a la estación Temple Meads con el bus 8, q está a un minuto. El desayuno es muy bueno
Las habitaciones un tanto pequeñas, las individuales, pero bien distribuidas. Los baños parecen renivados. Algo calurosas, no hay a/a, aunque si en los pasillos...
The staff are always brilliant! This was my 2nd stay since last November and all the girls on reception have been amazing! The beds are ridiculously comfortable and the temperature of the rooms is on point!
A little pricey but it is what it is, I'd rather pay more and get the friendly staff.

Convenient central location to meet daughter living nearby, and to walk into the City. Also the option of the secure parking in a busy residential permit area. Attractve bar and restaurant on site.
I needed to extend my stay by a further 2 days, due to work and Flo the receptionist was very accommodating, friendly and helpful in this regard and pointing out places of interest.
The room could do with a proper clean up. The picture in bathroom small and broken.

The staff were excellent. shout out to Nelly on the desk who was so helpful, looking after my case as I was too early to check in and putting my drinks in the fridge for me. The room was lovely and I was provided with 2 fans as it was very hot.
The only negative was that I felt a bit exposed as there was no blind on the window and I was on the ground floor. having to have the curtains closed in daylight was a bit frustrating.
Friendly reception staff, great price, cosy room with everything you need!
Not much flow of air during times of hot weather as I couldn’t open the window more than a few inches (the hotel sent through an email prior to make us aware of no air con, which is good!)
