Excellent location, nice hotel, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom was good for budget. Would definitely stay again.
The location was convenient tk explore Cliffton village at the same time quiet as further from the old town night noises. Nice to have some snack in the room provided by hotel staff.
The room needs some repair as there hook that had broken and now there a spot visible - not elegant. The bed bottom (the box) needs refurnishing as now it looks ripped and shabby l, definitelly dropping the hotel value. The most confusing part was thw heating. We did not underalstand how it operates. Whether the hotel turns it on/off or guests. One night we left clothes to dry on the towel heater in the bathroom but it switched-off and in the morning we found clothing being wet.
Great location, brilliant staff, reasonable price, comfy rooms.
Nothing.
It was extremely clean, staff were friendly and helpful, there was a nice garden to enjoy, the food was good at breakfast, a really good selection of complementary food and drink, plus the location was amazing!
The room was smaller than expected, there was no air-conditioning in our room and there was only a small fan which didn't work very well so the room was very warm during the night, and it took roughly 30 mins for our breakfast order to arrive when there were only a few people actually being served at the time.
Location was fabulous, right at the heart of Clifton. Rooms are simple but super comfy bed. Staff really lovely, and hotel has really nice decor.
Liked everything. It's simple but that's reflected in the price. If you're looking for 5* glamour this isn't for you, but if you're looking for great value, comfortable rooms in a lovely hotel then this is the one!
Location and reception staff.
Room was in basement next to outside staircase (used by staff probably). Housekeeping didn’t turn up and ran out of things. Also the room was cold and only heated up for an hour at a time when requested.
Great location in Clifton village. Very pleasant staff.
Man muss früh da sein um einen Hotelparkplatz zubekommen
Extremely good location. Bus from train station dropped me right outside hotel
Always friendly helpful staff
The 2nd floor room (without lift access) was a bit challenging
Hotel charmant
Peu de pression dans la douche
Great location. Lovely walks near by. Helpful staff. Comfy beds. Lovely garden when the sun shines.
Great location..
felt the room was small and over priced.
I was under the impression that there would be parking available but ended up having to paying £10 for a parking permit that I actually only needed for an hour due to my arrival time in the evening and on street parking being free on a Sunday.
All in all not massively impressed.
very comfortable
clean well decorated
Nice coffee
lovely helpful staff
cooked breakfast well done and good standard
great location
Breakfast cooked not available first morning due to unexpected staff illness ,the increased continental was very minmal and lacking in quality .No plain yogurts /seeds or whole foods available /poor quality bread /limited spreads
we would rather pay slightly more for a enhanced wholefood quality continental option
but little space around bed knobs on cupboards protrude and can catch
Location was great
Got woken up by room next door coming in at 3am. Walls very thin so could hear everything they were saying. Bathroom was in need of a renovation.
Location , price and facilities .
All staff very pleasant
Nothing to dislike , room compact but comfortable
