Pros:

El personal del hotel ha sido muy amable, pero no fue muy cómoda la estadía porque: 1) solo habia wifi en la recepción 2) nos toco una habitación que estaba al lado de un anfiteatro donde todas las noches habia música y shows para niños, imposible descansar hasta que eso terminara, 3) fue muy incómodo las pendientes pronunciadas que teniamos que subir cada vez que saliamos de la habitación y peor al momento de retirarnos con las valijas, 4) el desayuno no parecia italiano, muy poca variedad y baja calidad.

Il posto in sé potrebbe anche essere carino, ma l'atmosfera che si respira è davvero pesante. Sono tutti nervosi e poco gentili. In più occasioni il personale è stato scortese e a tratti maleducato. La colazione molto scarsa.

buono hotel qualità-prezzo...un pò datato come struttura camera con vista mare perfetta ,mail copri water non si manteneva alzato ,la colazione un solo cornetto.ma personale sempre disponibile ad accontentarti ,ottimo per teen ager x loro ci sono dei bravi animatori....

Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. La personne à l'accueil n'hésite pas à faire des réservations à notre demande pour faciliter nos démarches.

Castiglioni, perfect for families!
Pros:

My 5 and 9 years old girls loved it, the pool and the short walk to the bay with their thermal waters was the main attraction. We ate beautiful pizzas and salads at the snack bar, and the drinks were reasonably priced.
But getting there and out with public transport was an odyssey, absolutely horrible, specially with the children.
They do shutter buses from the hotel to Panza, where you can get the bus to other locations, but again, be mindful of the crows and the heat in the local buses!
Sant'Angelo was beautiful, but there was only private beaches and no nice areas for the kids to play.
Overall our stay in Ischia was definitely positive thanks to Castiglione and their crew.

Nous avons séjourner une nuit dans cette établissement, point positifs très bien situé cadre magnifique un personnel très poli et serviable. Point négatif la climatisation de la chambre est tomber en panne il faisait 40 ce jour là à l'ombre pour info nous avons signaler ce problème à notre arriver et rien, vers 1 heure du matin ma compagne à fait un malaise j'ai exiger de changer de chambre sa a été fait tant bien que mal, autre point négatif hôtel très très bruyant musique d'image car l'environnement est très agréable
