Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The bar area had a chicken bone on the floor. Front staff didn’t make eye contact or let us know they’ll be with us in a minute. Only 2 carts for the entire hotel. We had to make several trips back and forth to our room. Staff both times did not offer to help find a cart. On check out day house keeping knocked on our door while we were still in bed. Should be a better way of letting your staff know when customers check out.

Pros:

Size of the shower, bathroom was clean, view was nice for the area, bed was comfy, big tv.

Cons:

Lighting: all the lights in the room were in the corners so the middle of the room was kinda dim

Pros:

Not the Best
Pros:

I accidentally chose this location, but will not make that mistake again. The location and atmosphere was ideal. The room was spacious. However, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. Dust was so thick on the desk and nightstands so much so that it was visible when we walked in. When we closed the curtains later that night, we discovered that it was just as much dust and debris on them and in the window seal. As I pulled the sheets back to inspect the linen, I found a stain on the sheet and pillowcase (not sure from what) and hair. The bathroom was decently cleaned. When we returned later that evening after leaving the room for the day, we came back to hair on the toilet which was not there when we left. When we came down for breakfast on the morning of departure, we were not greeted by staff until I asked do we seat ourselves. The gentleman stated, "yes, seat yourself, but we close in 10 mins." To let us know the time was fine, but it would have been better service with a Good morning and a more pleasant tone. Unfortunately, we will not choose this location again. Definitely was not the Hilton standards we are use to.

The hotel is centrally located in an area where there are many restaurants.
Pros:

The location is ideal for restaurant choices. It is located close to many attractions. The room was available when we arrived, it was clean, and inviting.

Cons:

There was no complimentary breakfast which was disappointing for the price point. There was always a lot of traffic in the lobby area regardless of the time of day that seemed to be hanging around. The front desk clerks didn’t appear to be as welcoming as the bartender who we interacted with. She was personable and professional.
