The KEEYA Effect
Pros:

Keeya was polite, kind and friendly. She made me a drink that was topnotch. But did not share her mixture, which is the right thing to do. She also accommodated my craving for the NCAA tournament and hooked it up to one TV.

I did not ask if she was an UNC or Duke fan. I did not want to disappoint her so I held my tongue, either way.

She's from NJ and probably don't care.

But... check her out for good services...

Everything except one thing

Cons:

I went to get breakfast which you know cost 20$.I don't eat much just didn't want to carry a plate upstairs. One of your workers working at the breakfast counter told me I couldn't carry the food upstairs in the plastic container that you gave me the night before???.A black woman with allot of hair.

Stupendous Hotel
Pros:

I’ve been a repeat guest at this Hotel for 5 years. I absolutely love the customer services and friendly faces. Rooms are clean. Location is convenient as well. I would like to give a shout out a special thanks to MO at the front desk. Also, Josh Newman who went beyond to help me. Thank you Gentlemen 😁. Highly recommend at this stupendous stay.

Didn’t get the chance to stay. Was not allowed to check in
Cons:

When I tried to check in, the staff on duty was very rude and acted like she didn’t want to do her job. She was loud and obnoxious. She was a big black lady with glasses.

Never again if I have to be near young adults with no respect for others rest and quiet time

My neighbors were loud EVERY SINGLE NIGHT of my stay from the time they woke up until nearly the next morning literally. I called and reported them and it still was offal

Room and staff were great, would not recommend buying the breakfast

Housekeeping and front desk staff were absolutely exceptional, the room was nice and beds / pillows comfy.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. We paid for it when we booked (roughly 25 extra per person) and it was not worth it at all. We came down around 9 and there was hardly anything served, we did not realize we needed to sign a receipt for it either and were walking out and flagged down by a staff member to tell us we had to pay. We had to stop again to actually buy food when we left. Not worth it at all.

One thankfully mama

After a long week & trip, and a funeral service that we traveled here for, my mom & I had the pleasure of sitting at the bar & being served by the most AMAZING young lady, Keeya. She went out of her way to take care of us, especially my 14 yr old daughter, who is only 2 days post operation & made the 12 hour drive with me for the service. Keeya made sure that we each had exactly what we wanted & then had a very special icecream sunday made up for my daughter who is on a soft diet that we could take up to the room for her. Keeya has definitely been an absolute delight after a very trying week. Watching her interact with other customers, it was easy to tell she loves her job. Her attention to detail and outgoing personality made us feel seen & cared for. As a bar manager back home in Florida, I would be blessed to have just one server that was even half of what Ms. Keeya was for us tonight!!! Thank you for making this tired mama's day today Keeya. I hope you realize what an amazing person you are & how much your spirit has an effect on people. Especially me & my family. You are truly an amazing human being! Thank you for being genuinely you! I will definitely stop back by if we are in town again! 💙
