Room and staff were great, would not recommend buying the breakfast
Pros:

Housekeeping and front desk staff were absolutely exceptional, the room was nice and beds / pillows comfy.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. We paid for it when we booked (roughly 25 extra per person) and it was not worth it at all. We came down around 9 and there was hardly anything served, we did not realize we needed to sign a receipt for it either and were walking out and flagged down by a staff member to tell us we had to pay. We had to stop again to actually buy food when we left. Not worth it at all.

One thankfully mama
Pros:

After a long week & trip, and a funeral service that we traveled here for, my mom & I had the pleasure of sitting at the bar & being served by the most AMAZING young lady, Keeya. She went out of her way to take care of us, especially my 14 yr old daughter, who is only 2 days post operation & made the 12 hour drive with me for the service. Keeya made sure that we each had exactly what we wanted & then had a very special icecream sunday made up for my daughter who is on a soft diet that we could take up to the room for her. Keeya has definitely been an absolute delight after a very trying week. Watching her interact with other customers, it was easy to tell she loves her job. Her attention to detail and outgoing personality made us feel seen & cared for. As a bar manager back home in Florida, I would be blessed to have just one server that was even half of what Ms. Keeya was for us tonight!!! Thank you for making this tired mama's day today Keeya. I hope you realize what an amazing person you are & how much your spirit has an effect on people. Especially me & my family. You are truly an amazing human being! Thank you for being genuinely you! I will definitely stop back by if we are in town again! đź’™

Worst Experience Ever - Avoid This Hotel!
Pros:

Stayed here as part of a hockey tournament. Worst experience at a hotel, ever. I travel the country and have not had a stay like this, ever. 8 vehicles broken in to. The serving staff are rude. Homeless camp set up next to the parking lot. Refused to let 18 year old athletes eat at 0902 because “we stop serving at 0900, and I don’t know why you people keep coming down here and asking” is not a reply that should be given. The trays were full of breakfast food, that all they did was go throw away. Parents asking for coffee and she rudely tells us to go buy some “over there” when the pot was full and brewed. The breakfast was included with our stay that we forced into because of the tournament “stay to play” rules. Called for towels because we didn’t receive room service cleaning and we were told we have to go get them at the front desk. Asked the front desk for 6 towels, 6 wash cloths, and a few hand towels - and they bring out 3 towels, 2 was cloths, and a hand towel and tell me “this is all we have”. Horrible environment. Hotel management never around to speak to. Hilton had clearly gone downhill. Thanks for nothing!

Cars robbed
Pros:

3 hockey teams staying at the hotel and the parking lot is full of smashed car windows as of this morning and the front desk people don’t seem to care at all.

“Good Hotel, Disappointing Parking & Security Issues”
Pros:

Overall, the hotel itself is nice and generally well kept. However, several issues during my stay made it feel unsafe and negatively impacted the experience.

Upon arrival, there were no warm DoubleTree cookies available only packaged ones, which was disappointing given the brand standard. On my first night, there was no parking available in the front of the hotel, and the parking areas had not been plowed after the snow. I had to park in the back lot that is next to woods and apartments, where my truck was broken into, which was extremely upsetting.
I was also surprised to see there was no designated Diamond Member parking. More concerning was the lack of visible security measures, such as cameras in the parking areas.
That said, the front desk associate I worked with was very empathetic, professional, and kind throughout my stay. She handled the situation well and was the highlight of an otherwise frustrating experience.

The hotel has potential, but improved parking conditions, security, and attention to brand standards would go a long way in making guests feel safer and more comfortable.
