Over all I would stay here again very nice people hotel was 10/10 and very clean
Pros:

I like that they had cookies for the guest I’m a big cookie fan so that won me over , really good people

Cons:

When I check in to my room my room door wasn’t all the way closed I’m guessing because Claudia the house keeper didn’t shut the door

Almost a great stay….
Pros:

Location price and cleanliness of room.

Cons:

I was in the second floor and Friday they had church meeting with loud shouting and screaming with music playing from one of the banquet room from 8- 11. I had to call because my family and I couldn’t go to sleep. Saturday it was from 8am-4pm could barely hear the tv in our room. They have no microwave in the room so everyone I wanted to warm my leftovers we had to go down to the lobby.

Pros:

The location and friendly staff were very nice! Rooms were clean and very tidy when we arrived!

Response to maintenance need

Cons:

House keeping did not clean room not once during my stay. She only changed our towels and bath clothes and made the bed. There was hair on floor in sink and in tub that was not cleaned from Thursday to Sunday

The KEEYA Effect
Pros:

Keeya was polite, kind and friendly. She made me a drink that was topnotch. But did not share her mixture, which is the right thing to do. She also accommodated my craving for the NCAA tournament and hooked it up to one TV.

I did not ask if she was an UNC or Duke fan. I did not want to disappoint her so I held my tongue, either way.

She's from NJ and probably don't care.

But... check her out for good services...
