You get what you paid for
Pros:

The location for the Williamsburg downtown area and both Busch Gardens and the Busch Gardens waterpark are great!

Cons:

There was no shower curtain in the room, people were smoking marijuana in the hallway, the room is not clean as reported i.e. food left in the fridge and watermarks on the ceiling ripped cushions in the chair… And when we took things to the vehicle before checkout, the maid came in in the middle of me changing my clothes. We talk to staff about it I was made to feel less than.

The pool was nice and clean and the staff was great

Cons:

The rooms were extremely damp and smelt moldy. The carpets and bedding were damp and it was nasty. Anything metal in the room was rusted due to the moisture. The AC unit was rusting and crumbling into the floor.

We stayed for a week amd enjoyed our stay. The staff was very courteous and friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok but if you want whole milk you need to get your own only had 2 percent.
The location was good with no long drive going to Colonial Williamsburg or Jamestowne.

Low pressure in the shower.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. It was just what we needed and so close to everywhere we wanted to be.

There was a little mold in the corner of the bathroom and a crack in the bathroom ceiling
