This hotel is not what is depicted online
The rooms are old and dingy even if they are re done the floors are nasty bathroom is nasty we had patched holes
Room was dirty, beds were not comfortable very lanky you can feel the springs, the pillows suck not plush at all or anything. The bathroom was gross there was a spider web right by the tub.
Nice people
Staff was super nice. We got there early and they let us check in so when we got back from the park our room was ready. Breakfast bar had the most variety of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The property is dated and could definitely use a facelift. We went to Williamsburg to go to Busch Gardens and this hotel is very close.
The staff was friendly, and Jonathan at the front desk did his best to be helpful. However, I was disappointed with this stay. We had to switch rooms because the first room was infested with roaches. The second room, while free of pests, had a noticeable draft coming from the HVAC unit, which was separated from the wall, allowing a cold breeze to come through. There was also a strong odor that seemed to come from the bathroom pipes. The first room had large stains on the carpet, and the hallway carpets clearly hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. Additionally, the furniture in both rooms was very worn and visibly stained. The building is also surrounded by construction. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay overall.
Awesome location! Clean room! Great place to stay! Will stay here again
The hotel is an older property, but is clean and in good repair. Breakfast was nice.
Very good breakfast with lots of options. Dog friendly and rooms were clean. Ample parking and places to walk dog. Restaurants were close by and freeway was close.
Hotel is Decent the staff were great
The price was great, and the people were very nice. They do need to upgrade the rugs and there is a moldy smell of sorts.. I don’t think I’ll return.
The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of options, and the restaurant staff were attentive and efficient. We particularly appreciated the recommendations from the front desk for local attractions
Not kept up to date.
Clean, nice, stayed with a family of 4. Would definitely stay again
The facility was under staffed. When I arrived there no one at the desk.
The staff was excellent. I got sick during my stay and the staff went above and beyond to help me.
The hotel had a very bad smell like mix of cleaning products with not so clean water. The carpets were not clean. Basement entry and pool area just look very abandoned
The room itself was basic but clean and functional. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well (which was a relief during the summer heat). There was also a small desk which made it easier to get a bit of work done in the evenings. Wi-Fi was free and mostly reliable, although it did drop out briefly once or twice.
Staff were friendly and professional. Check-in was quick, and they were happy to store my luggage after checkout since my train wasn’t until later in the day.
Breakfast was included — nothing fancy, but it had the essentials: toast, eggs, some fruit, and coffee. Honestly, better than I expected for a hotel in this price range.
The room key didn't open the door. We let the front desk know and they told us it was a known issue and gave us another room. The cable in the room didn't work. The pool didn't have any towels and was a mess. There was a hot tub but it looked like it had been winterized and never re-opened (in August), The beds were hard and the pillows were thin. The guy at the front desk was really responsive and did whatever he could to help us, but in general, the facilities sucked.
Outdated hotel that’s needs a professional refresh and deep cleaning. Stopped by the breakfast area the night before and it was dirty and was still in the same show the following morning like it was not cleaned after breakfast. Pics of pool were not recent and the hot tub was broken/covered when we were there. The place had a run down feel to it and was like they did minimal to keep it going.
Shower didn’t work. Microwave didn’t work. Quickly in decline.
