Very disappointing stay at AmericInn by Wyndham Reedsburg. From the start, there was a leaking pipe near the front desk—clear sign of poor maintenance. Our room had no hot water, a very loud fan, and a faucet that wouldn’t stop leaking.
We were placed on the second floor with no elevator or ramp, which raises serious accessibility concerns. Worst of all, staff knocked and called our room at 6 AM to check the bathroom, waking our newborn and disrupting our stay.
I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels with far better conditions. This place needs major improvements.

Location was very convenient for us, and the staff was pleasant and friendly.
We had two rooms and the views were not the greatest-a parking lot and the other faced an old building-no view at all. The hotel rooms need updating, the bathroom and sink area was just passable. The spa area was peeling paint and actually was on my hands when I got out of the area-needs to be fixed overall. The public bathroom needs updating and was not clean. We did not care for the breakfast eggs were hard and sausage was undercooked. We were able to have a waffle, toast, coffee, and juice.
Good location, nice size room & bathroom, good breakfast options. Beds were very comfortable.
Carpet was dirty, tv didn’t work. Attendant needed to come to reconnect it & put batteries in the remote.

Wifi sketchy and not secure. Place kinda smells. Things just didnt work.
They Overbooked. charged my card but didn't have rooms for me.I had to go find a different hotel
The room looked nice. Nice big TV the lighted mirror the curtain pull down shade . The lights. And USB and plug in outlets on wall.
The jets in the hottub were not strong enough the bedsheets had stains on them questioning if the sheets were even changed we found garbage in the room. Spiderweb behind the bed. The wifi did not work at all had to use data on our phones.

fortunately the room was spared the smell so it was serviceable.
