Comfortable bed, friendly staff
It was near my destination
The hallway and entryway smelled like raw sewage... yeah, not good
fortunately the room was spared the smell so it was serviceable.

For the price it was small and the room smelt stale or like cigarette smoking and was given wrong room number when we arrived had to go down and talk to front desk couldn't get in room. The steps going up was in a small corner like odd place. The door squeaked loudly every time you went in or out very annoying.

Convenient location
No meat at breakfast, juice was watered down, no cream cheese for bagels. No extra toilet paper or ice bucket in room. Hallway smelled of pot a few doors down in a no smoking hotel.
Beds were comfortable. Big improvement on the pillows. They weren't flat like previous ones.
Wifi certificate was expired/invalid. Wifi was NOT secure. Shower faucet could be rotated 360 degrees and it was a guessing game to achieve the correct temperature.
Hot tub was good.
Pool was cold.
