Sami was an amazing young lady very nice and happy very upbeat it was so refreshing to see smiling face that early in the morning clean rooms and a great breakfast

I was disappointed by the rooms, as they weren’t as clean as I had expected. Also, my room smelled like a dog. One of the guys at the front desk was wonderful and greeted us whenever we left and returned. He also offered more water. The breakfast was good.

All employees were ever nice and helpful!

Staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The grandkids said the beds were amazing.

I stayed here with my husband's whole family this July 4th weekend we were in one of 4 rooms that were booked, which was very clean and well kept with all furnishings in great condition. Lobby is clean spacious and very inviting as a group gathering area during down time with a great selection of snacks and drinks to buy right in your hotel, very helpful for late night munchies and even the nighttime front desk staff was very attentive so you won't be waiting to purchase your goodies very long. The entire staff is very kind and welcoming as well as going above and beyond resolve any issues you may have. Sierra (I'm not sure of her last name or proper spelling) was absolutely amazing. I visited the desk at about 12:30 or 1:00am as there was what I assume was a smoke detector that was out of battery beeping incessantly directly below us and asked if there was anything she could do and shewemt as far as to drag a lobby chair all the way to the end of the hallway and wrap it in towels to muffle the sound until their on call maintenance person contacted her back and even offered to move us to a new room which we declined but she was an absolute angel and I highly recommend this establishment.

We stayed at the Hampton on 6/30-7/01. This is a very clean hotel the breakfast was also excellent. I do want to mention Samantha at the front desk. Samantha was very polite and professional and made the start of our day a little brighter. I will choose this location again for another stay. The pool was was also well kept.

Kind staff, hotel room needs updating (), fresh baked evening cookies were soft, fresh, and perfect, e-check in was easy and key on phone was so easy to use with one less physical card to keep track of and it also worked to access the hotel after hours. Carrie made great maple sausage sliced like kielbasa breakfast! It’s our favorite hotel breakfast item and helps us to keep booking Hampton Inn across the country! Large parking lot, eat lots of restaurants of all kinds and grocery stores. Easy to access.

Convenient to everything and great service. The breakfast buffet has lots of
choices and the attendant is very helpful if you need anything . We’ve stayed here several times and would definitely return

Hotel staff was very friendly and courteous! Jeff at the front desk was great. Very friendly and helpful. He gave Us great suggestions on things to do in the area and where to eat. We have stayed at this location multiple times as we were visiting family who was attending the college of Wooster and we always had a very positive experience. This is our go-to hotel in the area when we visit Wooster.

Nice room. Good value. Jeff, 2nd shift, was excellent. FRIENDLY and absolutely helpful when needed. He is as good as we have ever seen.
