Pros:

Tesis konforlu, konumu mükemmel, oldukça temiz ve kahvaltısı lezzetli. Manzarası ve dere sesiyle dinlendirici. Çalışanlar çok nazik. Ekstralar uygun fiyatlı. Konumu ve fiyatı ile Çamlıhemşin bölgesinde ilk tercih olmalı.

Over priced
Pros:

The hotel is over priced as I paid approximately £72 per night to stay there in February 2019. The pictures on the hotels.com website were not the true representation of the room that was given to us (double room). The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities but are not modern and new as shown in the pictures. The breakfast that was included with our booking was not even worth paying for as it consisted of just a few pieces of cucumber, tomatoes, different kinds of cheese slices with bread and tea. The staff were nice and helpful but there was no one in the hotel who could speak English apart from only one person and when he was not there we had to use google translator. The area was nice but due to bad weather all access to the surrounding places for tourists to visit were blocked with heavy snow. I will give this hotel a below average rating.
