Cons:

It sounds incredibly frustrating to deal with no Wifi, poor ventilation, a lack of cleanliness, missing receipts, and the breakfast bad food—all during one stay. For one of 3 stars hotel i don't expect it.

Fantastyczne wakacje i wyjątkowa atmosfera!

Pokój był codziennie dokładnie sprzątany, wygodny i wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy.
Dużym atutem hotelu jest jego świetna lokalizacja – plaża znajduje się dosłownie kilka kroków od obiektu, a w okolicy jest wiele restauracji, sklepów i miejsc na wieczorne spacery.
Korzystaliśmy również z wyżywienia i byliśmy bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczeni. Śniadania były urozmaicone, a obiady i kolacje smaczne, świeże i przygotowane z dużą starannością.

Pros:

Avevamo prenotato l'Hotel Dolores cercando semplicemente un posto vicino al mare, ma ci siamo ritrovati a vivere un soggiorno decisamente migliore delle aspettative.
Ringraziamo tutto lo staff per aver contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza così piacevole. Se torneremo a Rimini, sappiamo già dove prenotare.

Blisko do plaży ale trzeba dopłacić za leżak czyli de facto za możliwość korzystania z plaży przy hotelu i dodatkowo zapłacić obowiązkowo za sprzątanie. W dodatku recepcjonistka wziął ode mnie więcej niz powinien a nie dogadasz się bo nie mówi po angielsku.

Cons:

Śniadanie bardzo niskiej jakości, głównie słodkie wypieki więc jak kto lubi. Jedyne warzywo to ogórek i pomidor. Ekspres do kawy nie działał.
W moim pokoju nie było pilota do tv ani do klimatyzacji. Po tym jak otrzymałam pilot do klimatyzacji okazało się ze nie działa. Kompletnie nie chłodziła pokoju.
Na recepcji nie dogadasz się po angielsku ale to akurat standard we Włoszech.

Pros:

Abbiamo scelto l'Hotel Dolores per un weekend al mare e l'esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e disponibilità. Si percepisce subito la passione con cui lo staff si prende cura degli ospiti.
La camera era pulita, luminosa e dotata di tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno in pieno relax. La posizione dell'hotel è un altro punto di forza: il mare è davvero a due passi e avere la spiaggia convenzionata proprio di fronte è stato molto comodo.
Abbiamo apprezzato anche la tranquillità della zona, ideale per passeggiare la sera e rilassarsi lontano dal caos. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto il personale, sempre sorridente, professionale e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta.
Quando si trova un posto dove ci si sente accolti con tanta gentilezza viene naturale voler tornare. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per il lavoro che svolge ogni giorno.

Excellent hospitality and a wonderful holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dolores. The location is excellent, only a short walk from the beach, and everything was clean and well maintained.
The staff made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Everyone was friendly, helpful and always ready to answer our questions with a smile. Our room was comfortable, quiet and cleaned every day.
We also appreciated the beach partnership, which made our holiday even more relaxing. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money and a warm family atmosphere.
If we return to Rimini, Hotel Dolores will definitely be our first choice.
