駅から近くて、朝食ブッフェがおいしかったです♡

Cons:

大浴場、夜はブラシがなく髪をほどけなかった。
２人で宿泊したのにカードKEYを2枚くれなかった。

Cons:

風呂が混んでいて、ロッカーもなく、洗い場の空きもなく裸で待たされた。
荷物預かり、受け取りがかなりまたされた。
エレベーターから部屋までがかなり遠かった。

Cons:

事前に宿泊リストを送付したのに、いざチェックインすると登録がないやら、自分が送付した名前が間違っているだの全て客のせいにするわと対応は最悪。
仕事で団体予約したため不備がないようにこちらも配慮したつもりが全く意味がなかった。
