Lost coat .
Pros:

Great place , room was amazing , beds perfect and a brilliant size ( 2 singles ). Linens ,pillows all lovely
Im. Very clean , shampoo and body wash very high quality.

Cons:

We realised that a coat had slipped down between wall and bed after we departed . I had to go back 3 times on 3 separate days to get them to put something in their system to ask them to look for it . Only on the third visit did they seem to take it seriously. The 4th and final day , they had it behind reception. While the first three visits I was told , it was not there !

Cons:

I needed to send my luggage to Osaka and when I asked the staff when should I do it, I was told one day in advance is fine. When I came to the counter, another member of the staff told me it was not possible and that I will receive my luggage one day later then needed. Very very unprofessional as I relied on the info they shared.

Pros:

De locatie is uitstekend, dichtbij bekende bezienswaardigheden in Yokohama. De hotelmedewerkers zijn vriendelijk.

Cons:

De eerste kamer had een mankement waardoor het toilet bleef druppelen. Binnen 10 minuten kregen we een andere kamer (met een beter uitzicht) echter had deze kamer een muffe geur. Nog even moeten wachten maar uiteindelijk een fijne kamer gekregen.

快適
Pros:

朝食が色んな種類があって、美味しかった
眺望なしで予約したのですが、眺望ありの部屋になっていて、とても良かったです
疲れていたので、大浴場のジャグジーがとても気持ち良かったです

Cons:

眺望なしで予約したので、部屋に着いてカーテンを開けなくて、朝起きた時に開けたら、素敵な眺望だったので、夜景も見たかったなと思って。。受付した時に部屋が良くなった事を伝えてくれていたら良かったと思いました
