整體都很讚的，特別是景觀，很建議住高樓層
Pros:

面對橫濱灣，擁有超棒的view，還有大浴場可以泡，一樓也有幾間餐廳，離附近景點紅倉庫、纜車、摩天輪也近，就是房間小了一點

Cons:

飯店電梯很多，也區分21樓以下跟以上高樓層不同電梯，但呼叫時，永遠只有一台運作，人多還是要等

とても楽しい１泊でした。また是非、利用させていただきたいと思います。

施設の大きさ、豪華さにワクワクしました。
セキュリティもしっかりしていて、安心できました。
スタッフの皆さんが、丁寧で感謝しています。

Cons:

カレーのお店の閉店が早く、残念でした。
コンビニには、あまり商品が残っておらず、がっかり。
お部屋のベッドは広くて良かったけど、荷物を広げる場所があまりなく残念でした。

Pros:

大型ホテルで宿泊者が多いのですがチェックインも合理的であまり待たせません。エレベーターは高層階用、低層階用が分かれて数基づつ有り待つ事も有りませんでした。
部屋はビジネスホテル並でしたがベッドは広く快適で防音はしっかりして静かです。55型TVで色々なインフォメーションが有ります。4階の大浴場が広々で浴槽も色々有って当にクアハウスです。都内のホテルに比べリーズナブルで横浜ベイの眺望も含めてちょっと足を延ばす価値が有ります。
