Pros:

新しくて広々していて、大浴場も広く、快適だった。

Cons:

部屋数がとても多いため、エレベーターが多くても混雑時は待ち時間が長かったりぎゅうぎゅうになったりしたところ。

Pros:

清掃が行き届いていて快適でした。

Cons:

手洗い、洗顔用の泡タイプ石鹸の泡のヘタリが気になりました。
結局ボディソープを使いました。
これからも利用させていただきたいからこそ改善をお願いしたいです。

ロケーションが最高でした。

Cons:

湯沸かしポットと温泉での体重計が、壊れていて、ショックでした。いろんな方が乗られて首を傾げてsました。どちらにせよとはおもいますが、よくなかったの方である
