ぜひまた利用したいです！
Pros:

安価で大浴場を利用できた。
大変便利な場所だった。
エレベーターで待たされることもなく快適だった。
チェックイン時のドリンクサービスがありがたかった。

Cons:

朝食の席が、狭かった。空いていなかった分は仕方ないが、途中から眺めの良い席などがたくさん空席になったので、移動の案内が欲しかった。

駐車場で宿泊客にも関わらず満車で待たされたこと
また他の駐車場を利用するよう言われたこと

もう、このホテル関連は利用しない。

Cons:

フロント部分の豪華なところとはうらはらに客を取りすぎていて、チェックイン待ちで30分。　スタッフの対応にもおもてなし感は全くなくとにかくこなしているだけ。　客室は狭くて、あ〜っ　やっぱり値段は値段やなという感想。　客になんでもやらして人件費削減という印象。　この値段ではやっぱりこんな対応かという感想です。
唯一、雇われのルームキーパーの方のクレーム時の対応が丁寧でした。　ルームキーパーの方　ありがとうございました。

好立地なので、最高でした。
Pros:

大きなホテルなのに、施設等の配慮がいき届いている。

Cons:

チエックインで、案内してくれるスタッフが混雑している時の対応が丁寧に出来る方、混雑が気になって対応が焦っている方と分かれた様に感じました。到着して最初のチェックインを急かされている感じでした。焦る気持ちもわかるけど。

L'emplacement et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Une seule clé qui permet d'activer l'électricité dans la chambre et d'accéder au palier: pas très pratique quand on est en couple et que l'un veut rester dans la chambre et l'autre aller au onsen.
La piscine payante mais avec une réduction non mentionnée dans la description.
La salle de fitness également payante et non mentionnée dans la description avec en plus une restriction liée à la possession d’un numéro de téléphone japonais.
Les chambres assez petites.
Enfin l'isolation sonore des couloirs est très perfectible.
