Péssimo serviço e custo benefício baixíssimo
Pros:

Check in demorado, durante a estadia precisamos de anti ácido e na recepção apenas nos disseram que não tinha disponível e eu teria que comprar numa farmácia. Nos brinquedos do parque muitos funcionários sem muita vontade e nós bares do parque muitas vezes era impossível comprar pois além da demora algumas vezes não tinha ninguém no momento para atender. Quarto antigo, ar condicionado não resfriava. Tudo muito caro para comprar, bebidas, sorvetes e pratos nos bares do parque muito acima da média normal.

Um pouco sobre tudo!
Pros:

Deveria haver um palco para festas, shows e exposições. Atrapalha crianças e adultos q querem assistir as apresentações.
Preços de bebidas são altos. Paga-se quase tudo dentro do parque. Limpeza do quarto foi mal feita, isso quando era feito. Atendimento da entrada, fora de horário de check out, só possui uma pessoa, então se esperava demais para ser atendido.
Fique atento aos horários das brincadeiras para crianças! São boas. Piscinas aquecidas, temática, piscina com ondas, música ambiente, toboáguas, todos excelentes.

Bom, mas nem tanto...
Pros:

Checkin ruim com cobrança de valores já pagos antecipadamente para posterior estorno. Uma hora no checkout. Falta um pouco de cuidado com os chalés série 200.

Pros:

It was clean. And there were no critters. However, it it sorely outdated and everything in the cabin looks like it needs an upgrade. They also should be a bit more generous with the toiletries. The one tiny bar of soap I got barely lasted me the 3 days I stayed. The staff was friendly though and tried their best to communicate with me despite their limited English.
