Pros:

Location is very good. It’s just one minute to the Harrods., Hyde Park is just behind the hotel , I really enjoyed my stay

Cons:

At the beginning, I had a room which has a view into the “inner garden” I suppose, not the best view to be honest, but luckily my room was changed, and I had the best view to Harvey Nicols , next time definitely will choose the room with a Hyde Park view

Perfect Luxury Stay in the City
Pros:

Our room was stunning, I loved that there was a GHD and steamer there. The staff were lovely. Perfect stay. Also the food, drinks and service at dinner were amazing.

Pros:

Pros: Excellent location in the SE corner of Hyde Park and walking distance to Harrod's. Quiet albeit modern luxury and well-manicured style. Great dining choices (we had a particularly superb lunch at Dinner by HB). The room was spacious and very comfortable. The room temperature was easily adjustable. The heated toilet seat was a plus given the chilly weather. The smell of the hallways and the room is distinct and very pleasant. The crown jewel: the incredible service by the doormen, front desk, concierge, and restaurant staff. This was our first stay in a Mandarin Oriental hotel and it was definitely memorable.

Cons: The water pressure in the shower could be improved.

Spectacular hotel
Pros:

This is a stunning building in Knightsbridge, located next door to Hyde Park and very close to Harrods and Harvey Nichols.

We were lucky to be upgraded to a suite and had a separate living room, bedroom and two bathrooms. There was a bath within the large shower area.

There is a spa, very good gym and lots of bars and restaurants within the property. Everything is beautifully and traditionally fitted out.

Breakfast was superb, as were the staff throughout.

Beautiful hotel, restful stay
Pros:

We wanted to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary in style, and following a few visits to the Mandarin Bar I wanted to stay for the long Easter weekend, as a surprise for my wife.
I contacted the Guest Experience team to plan the surprise and they went over and above to ensure that we had a beautiful room, a fantastic welcome, memorable delivery of the surprise to my wife (thank you Lucas!), and a few more treats to make the stay incredibly memorable.
We were treated to welcome drinks, a romantic treat and rose petal arrangement in our room, great tables for breakfast overlooking Hyde Park (horse-back guard changes on view), and full but discreet recognition from all the staff of our celebration.
The Friends of Mandarin Oriental membership is well worth signing up to for the extra treats and add-ons.
We also used the spa facilities which made for a very relaxing afternoon. The pool is lovely, we also used the sauna and revitalising pools too. These facilities are segregated into male only and female only which added to the relaxation.
The hotel is in a great position, amazing shopping on one side, fantastic walks around Hyde Park and access to other areas of London on the other.
We’ve had London breaks before, but none have given us the same feeling of hospitality and pampering, as well as relaxation that the team at M.O. Hyde Park gave us. We’ll be back. Thank you to everyone who contributed to a fantastic and memorable stay.

Exceptional service, perfect location, and a truly outstanding stay
Pros:

An exceptional hotel with a very flexible and customer-focused approach to service. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff made the entire stay feel smooth, welcoming, and personalized. The room was very well equipped, and the location is excellent - close to everything. The hotel offers a lot of space, which makes it feel calm and comfortable rather than crowded. The pool, spa, and gym were all excellent. Breakfast was truly impressive, with both a rich buffet and the possibility to order from the menu. The concierge service was superb and extremely helpful in arranging things effortlessly. Dining was another major highlight - Aubrey and Blumenthal were fantastic, and Rosebery offered a great casual dining experience as well.

Cons:

No major downsides - it was a very enjoyable stay overall.
