주차비 때문에 비싸게 자고 온 느낌

They didn't clean the room properly. Someone left their dirty tampons on the shower head of the bathroom shower. I asked for a refund and im constantly getting a run around about the time to call and now they won't answer the phone.

Major effort needed to improve staff and room quality.
Pros:

Close to Gwangalli Beach.
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

1. Staff attitude. Terrible. Never a word spoken coming or going past the desk in the 5 days we were there. Presented my passport to the office guy and had to tell office guy I was checking in. General attitude from office 'staff' was 'don't bother us'. Don't waste your time asking them to book a taxi either . Response was 'wait outside, there are plenty if you wait'.
2. In a 3 person room a single towel rack is useless. Even worse the bathroom has absolutely nowhere to hang anything. You leave everything outside the shower door.
3. Their policy states that there is "a prohibition of disposable items' which means no soap, shampoo or conditioner. A problem if you have an extended stay. You can purchase these at the front desk. Strangely this was our 5th hotel stay in Korea - and even the cheaper ones provided bottles of such things in the bathroom.
4. The colour scheme is overpowering - reflective black panel work and mirrors, with swirled black and white (now dirty grey) carpet. Might have been classy once, but now dated badly.
Interesting to see that reviews always get the same response from the hotel 'Your feedback will be a great motivation for us to provide advanced service'. Having read many of them nothing EVER changes.
Less expensive, classier hotels around.

Location on Gwangalli was amazing. Close to the action.

Cons:

The sink was weirdly designed and placed in the living room. Water would drip everywhere and make the carpet wet. Couldn’t tell if there’s mold since the carpet is dark but can only imagine the constant moisture doesn’t help.

Pros:

The information for this property is outdated. There is no “breakfast served daily”. No room service. No cafe-coffee shop. There is a Bingsoo and coffee shop that is not affiliated with the hotel. It doesn’t open until 10:00am and serves no food.
The staff is particularly friendly or helpful. The rug needed cleaning. In room 1001 you have to turn sideways from either side of the bed to get to the bathroom. In room 1002 there is a single chair.
Even though the price was below some other properties, I would not stay there again.

The location is good

Cons:

The service is terrible, we stayed there for 3 days and they didn't want to provide us with cleaning service. We paid 130 a night and there was no cleaning, the room was dirty when we arrived there was mold on the carpet. The staff at the reception don't even greet you, we were not even able to put our luggage at the reception once we checked out.
The guy from the reception just said no go away we have no space.
I usually don't complain about my stay but i felt the need to write this so that you don't fall for this hotel trap. Its really the worst hotel to stay with this price range, you would expect atleast normal service.

Hauska tekoäly huoneessa. Loistavaa: sänky, tv, moottoriverhot ja sijainti rannan vieressä. Vuorokauden jälkeen sain heidät laittamaan safetyboxin käyttökuntoon masterkoodin avulla, mutta se vaati tarpeeksi tahdonvoimaa asiakkaalta.

Cons:

Vastaanottovirkailijan surkea englanti (turistipaikka & asiakaspalveluammatti). Kieltäytyivät tilaamasta taksia. Sanoivat, että tuolta niitä löytyy kadulta. No ei löytynyt. Vähän sellainen hälläväliä-asenne asiakkaisiin muutenkin. Nuhruinen kokolattiamatto.

La chambre était spacieuse et bien organisée.

ホテルのお部屋はおしゃれで素敵でした
トイレとシャワーも別々なところも良かったです
ビーチはすぐだし周辺はレストランもカフェも充実していて最高のロケーションでした
お部屋の清掃はあまり行き届いてなかったです
フロントスタッフは愛想は良くなかったですが、特に悪い印象もありません
また宿泊したいと思えるホテルです
