Nice folks
We were the only guests (winter), the restaurant was not open, while we were very hungry upon arrival (7.45 pm). There was only one restaurant open in the entire village. Hotel is pretty old and beds are probably there since the start as you could feel all the springs in your back. tiny bathroom, with low water pressure. My colleague's room up in the attic was freezing cold.
Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order. Staff (Callum) was friendly and couldn't do more to help us with our stay. Room was spacious, clean and exactly as we expected.
The food was grest
The food was great, and my room very spacious and nice.
The way I was treated when I checked in. When I checked in I asked to have a glass of wine to bring up to my room, I was told to wait for the owner to come back, When I came back more than a half an hour later he still wasn't back and for some reason she still wouldn't get me one. So I finally walked into town to buy one and bring it back. It had been a tiring day and I just wanted to relax in my room. I'm still not sure why. And she didn't mention the breakfast sheet I was supposed to fill out.
I was traveling by bike, and not knowing there was a handicap ramp that I could have walked it up, I hefted the bike through the front door up the steps. In the morning the woman at the front desk was nice enough to mention the ramp which would be easier. It was an ebike and therefore quite heavy.
comfortable bed and pillows.
evening meal was expensive for the quality of food. poor water pressure for the shower. carpet in thee room was bumpy.
Leuk hotel, mooi ingerichte kamers. Uitstekende keuken
great breakfast
Great location. Nice characterful building. Everybody very friendly. Large comfortable room which was spotlessly clean. Fantastic breakfast.
Weak shower.
Great location , order breakfast the day before so get exactly what you would like. All the staff are friendly . We wander to the the main street for pubs and restaurants. Food is excellent in the hotel.
Great location and beautiful room. The towels were soft , pillows and mattress very comfortable . The toiletries were lovely too.
Excellent breakfast choice for vegetarians. Thanks for a great first night in the Highlands .
Everything was great.
Excellent Dinner!!!!
Lovely friendly hotel, we were a little slow leaving in the morning (sorry) , stayed in the bar a bit late on Saturday night ,... we had a knock on the door as we were leaving, which we assumed was asking us when we were leaving ... too our surprise the young lad offered us a cup of tea and some toast . He was very accommodating. Well done Top Man . Thank you
We had a late one in the bar where once again the service was excellent and super friendly , as were all the locals.
Beautiful hotel in lovely Surroundings. Friendly & homely vibe. Restaurant was exceptional with good variety of local produce cooked to order & very varied breakfast selections too.
