Pros:

Tasty breakfast, comfortable beds. Close to metro.

Cons:

There was an unpleasant smell in the room, possibly cigarette smoke. We could see hotel guests smoking, but the staff did not react.

Great value & more room to improve the facilities (e.g. internet)
Pros:

Many details are made well. Really guest friendly

Cons:

Poor internet. The floor has half upstairs/downstairs that can’t use lift. If you have heavy luggage, then have some problems

Yemekler doğaldı ve güzeldi. Ağırlıkla çin mutfağı ama kahveleri gayet güzel. Tavsiye ederim. KAhvaltıda omlet genel olarak iyi.

Cons:

Çalışanların ingilizce bilmemesi maalesef çok kötü. İngilizce bilmeleri gerekli. Burası 5 yıldızlı otel.

I love the business class vibe and comfort provided.

Cons:

The internet was slow, and the staff didn't speak english well.
However overall staff (cleaning/kitchen) was very kind. I think the reception staff need a bit more training on language and service.

Прекрасный отель, полный комплект всех удобств и плюшек как всегда в Китае. Воду в номере и бар пополняли ежедневно без ограничений. Белье, халаты и полотенца меняли ежедневно. В отеле есть бесплатная прачечная, также можно погладить и отпарить вещи. Завтраки достойные: яйца, омлет, бекон, овощи и фрукты. Кофемашина и выпечка. Это из европейских блюд, на любителя китайской кухни разнообразие блюд больше. Фирменный знак- подают зеленый чай, на ресепшене и в номере в бутылках. Отель однозначно рекомендую

Удобное расположение. Персонал готовый всегда помочь

Cons:

Не понравилось, что гости позволяют себе мочиться на террасе перед рестораном. Это ужасно. Конечно, это к отелю мало имеет отношение. Дело в воспитании человека, который позволили себе такое.
