The suite setup with 2 rooms. Staff very accommodating

Cons:

It’s rundown. Lobby furniture tattered, old, carpets old. Bathrooms need redo, tub shower slanted, shower curtains, rods old.

The location was the sole redeeming quality.

Cons:

The room's cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The bed provided an uncomfortable experience, and the sofa bed exhibited noticeable stains and wear. The pull-out bed's mattress was inadequate, and the floor also presented cleanliness concerns.

Dance competition was a success
Pros:

I like it’s attached to the convention center makes it easy for the dance competition we were there for and the happy hour and breakfast is great!

Cons:

It is very clean but it is starting to become outdated. I wish they would start updating a little bit.

Pros:

Spacious room, unusual design of open space between hotel floors, good location for airport and free shuttle. All staff were friendly

Cons:

Just too expensive for worn room, beds not great, poor menu choice, no kids options, bedroom door lets light in (it's like a covered see through material not standard wood). None of our party of 5 enjoyed the breakfast, good selection just didn't taste great...expected more for the price
