this place is terribly loud the way it is built with every room facing the interior corridor where they had the happy hour breakfast etc. also everyroom has a doors with lots of glass on them and the light that they never dim in the hallway shines straight through the rooms all night long cannot any sleep between the noise and the lights. And don't expect to use the pullout couch that they advertise as the extra area in a separate room to sleep it is like sleeping on metal coils
This facility was close to the airport and included a shuttle to and from. It is convenient to the convention center and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Jeff from HGV was excellent host and gave us recommendations to allowed us the experience good food!
Jeff from HGB was amazing! He was very professional. The hotel provided outstanding service. The entire staff was very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
The experience I had here was awesome. The front desk was warm and welcoming. The Guest Ambassador James was polite and was really attentive when talking to me. Overall, it was a 5 star experience.
