Jeff was great!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay as usual. We thoroughly enjoyed the happy hour. We spoke with a great man named Jeff from HGV about all kinds of Hilton deals. We'd love to be able to go on one of the adventures he spoke of. Unfortunately at this time we are caring for an elderly parent. But in the future, we'd love to take advantage of one.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. We had to kill a bug that my Son found crawling on the floor...that wasn't good.

Cons:

The free Shuttle bus mad the visit easy. The Shuttle Drivers were nice.

Jeff from HGV was amazing and very personable during happy hour! He’s awesome and we will have the best vacation ever! Best hotel ever!

Nice part of town
Pros:

I stayed for a business trip. What a lovely place and location near to so much. The staff was lovely, especially Jeff. :)

Breakfast wasnt my favorite, but the bar was excellent.

Pros:

Carla, one of the serves at Slyce, is an amazing server. Drinks always filled never had to ask. Just really knows her job and does it extremely well!!
Jeff, the guest services guy was always around asking if we’re doing good. Super nice and always had a great smile for you!

Great last minute stay-safe and clean rooms. Fabulous breakfast open early. Airport shuttle. Nice gym.
Pros:

Even though I “ended up” here, I’m so glad I did. I enjoyed a great breakfast and the gym. All the staff were helpful. The evening reception is lovely. Jeff of HGV was very kind. As a solo traveler, I felt very safe. Bonus is the onsite restaurant, Slyce. Great salads and pizza!
