A very nice place to stay.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast with lots of options. The room was more like a "suite" and that was a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

We had originally reserved a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but when we called the hotel they said that they did not have shuttle service after midnight. After explaining that we were staying there, they arranged a shuttle to pick us up from the airport and brought us to the hotel.

How crowded the pool was since it was under construction, also kids wouldnt stop diving and jumping into it all the time

Very friendly staff. All areas were very clean. The "Towels", so nice. And we were steps from the MOA, which was our goal. Free parking was a perk as well.
The breakfast was good, not just pantry and fruit, it offered hot and cold food with choices.

Cons:

Our room was very cold, we were placed on the ground floor in a cor er room. It took until our 2nd day before the room was consistently heated to 70 degrees.

Pros:

Breakfast was good. It was really nice. That two restaurants are attached to the building.

The rooms really need to be updated. And the elevator would stop at every floor all the way up and down to the sixth floor.

Liked how friendly the staff were and how close the two restaurants were to the location. Made it super easy for dinner idea

Cons:

I wasn't to happy how loud the guest were that reserved the event room. Made it hard for my 3 children to sleep Saturday night. I have come her before and I would say the room was a lot more dirtier than last time upon check in.

Great Place For MOA Goers
Pros:

A skywalk away from the Mall Of America. TGI Fridays and IHOP right outside the Hotel. 2 pools, and 2 hot tubs (when both sides up and running). Room was great in size, King Suite, with a private bedroom. Well worth the price which was one of the cheapest in the area. We will stay here again if we make it back to the MOA.
