Pros:

Walking distance to mall of America. TGIFridays in the parking lot, attached IHOP. Free parking. FREE breakfast. Walking distance to the blue line. Love watching the airplanes overhead. Oh AND their pool is open until midnight!!

Cons:

Breakfast was okay but not great, but there's always an IHOP too 🤷‍♀️

Wonderful staff
Pros:

Great location next to MOA, the staff is just wonderful- from the front desk staff to the housekeeper who helped us when our luggage cart got stuck in an doorway and the attentive breakfast attendant, they were all wonderful employees I hope they are appreciated by management. They don’t charge for parking and the rooms were clean except the carpet could do with a shampoo, it was clearly vacuumed but looked dingy I’m probably more aware of it than others since I have bay that crawls around the floor.

Nice and warm on a cold winter…
Pros:

Very enjoyable … extremely cold in Minnesota but hotel was very comfortable… staff was on point entire time…. I will come back as I have many times

Great Experience
Pros:

We love the park and fly option! We are able to start our vacation the afternoon before our trip when we check into Country Inn and Suites. We begin by walking the overpass to the Mall of America to get some steps in and then come back to spend the evening at TGI Fridays. Really love that this is connected to the hotel. Breakfast in the morning is perfect with hot and cold options. Our shuttle experience is super easy both before and after our trip. Highly recommend.

Disrespectful
Pros:

Upon check-in the individuals in front of me were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I, who had just spent my daughters birthday walking around the mall, still greeted them kindly and they refused to even make eye contact. Not only that, but he was impatient to take my card. I fumbled getting it out of my wallet fast enough and he literally sighed at me. Then, as advertised on the website, I called to see about room service from Ihop. Now, let me clarify that I have no issue walking to pickup my order but I was exhausted. When I called down he said, "Uh, absolutely not. We don't do that. You can doordash it yourself." LOL yeah. Okay. Im extremely upset. And there was hair on the walls of the bathroom and the toilet... I was not about to call down and complain after that "pleasant" interaction.
