Location and comfortable bed.
Noisy late at night
Staff is 10 out of 10, they are welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. Helped my daughter find her retainers; we accidentally tossed with breakfast leftovers
There were liquid splash stains on the window I had to immediately clean as my toddler's first instinct was to lean on the window with his face. I could taste dust in the air and it triggered a really bad cough in one of my kids, my husband was looking for the closet and accidentally opened the door with the room filter it was really bad, layers of dust and grime.
they didn't give you a receipt or invoce, due they says booking is in charge of it, so at this point to back there with in buissines travel.. never.
I really liked the location and the easy access to to ihop, my friend and I returned really late and hungry and having a 24hr restaurant downstairs was really helpful!

I would suggest more variations on the breakfast than only eggs and sausages but other than that, it was perfect!
I loved the friendly staff ,the modern facility’s ,the close proximity to the Mall of America and with the added bonus of being next to ihop and TGI Fridays
There was nothing I didn’t enjoy about this hotel with wonderful staff amazing facilities and a pretty awesome view there was nothing I could complain about

Couldnt turn A/C lower then 68. It was fine when it was running but got very hot waiting for it to run. Also noisy.
