The location, Tgi Fridays and ihop connected to the hotel was convenient. The staff was always friendly and helpful.
House keeping didn't do a hood job. The hotel/room was surface clean but you could see dirty areas everywhere. Under/behind furniture every vent in the room was covered in dust. The bed was hard and you could feel the springs in it. The cable was spotty it went out at some point 4 days of my 7 day stay. There were no large garbage can any where in the hotel and housekeeping was only available Monday Wednesday and Friday. It made it hard to dispose on garbage. I noticed that all the outdoor garbage can were always full and over flowing. Also the last day the elevator went out and there was no sign or anything to let people know. That left one small elevator and a long line to use it. Overall it was a decent stay but nothing special especially for the price.
Everything except on the last night they locked us out of our room but the front deck took care of it right away!

Breakfast was top tier!! loved the yogurt bar. Pools were clean and spacious. Work out center was good. Location is perfect if going to Mall of America.
The beds were a little too firm for my taste and the toilet was very low to the ground.
Getting to relax after the mall of America we had to stay at this one cause it’s the only one that lets 18+ in
Didn’t know we had to put another deposit down cause I thought the reason it was so expensive was the deposit was included in that
The facility was convenient and very clean. They had a very good breakfast. Staff was very friendly during the check in process.
The pool area was nice but crowded to the point you could not use it. Children were still bouncing everywhere even at 11:30 p.m. I love kids, but it would have been nice to enjoy the pool at some point myself. The TGIF attached to the property tried to upcharge from what was on the menu; I went back to the room and ordered online at the price stated on the menu.
Close proximity to the Mall of America.
Needs a fair amount of work. Things around property just look wore out and well used. Evenings parking is difficult with the restaurants near by.
Only issue we had as figuring out where the light switches were.
The pool the fire pit also being closer to MOA
The beds were terrible the cost was a bit much as well
