It was overall a great stay location was perfect the staff was attentive and friendly

Walking distance from the Mall of America

Cons:

Bugs on our window, about 30 of them. Staff said yeah, they are everywhere, did not seem to think it matters. A few did enter the room too, bed and bathroom. There were a few ants as well in the shower. The plumbery was moody, out of 3 occassions we had a cold stream. The box bed's box in iron was displaced and could have hurt us. Could use better maintenance.

The breakfast had decent options

Cons:

The beds were hard like sleeping on a commercial couch. The drinking water is only available in the gym for folks, which was on the opposite side of the hotel from my room; a staff member had to tell me it was there and give directions. The floors in the dining area were sticky one of the days I was there, the construction of the rooms was janky (offcenter plumbing, cutting off some of the lightswitch plate becaude the trim was the wrong size). Overall sucked.

Perfect Location for Mall of America
Pros:

The front desk staff were extremely friendly. Check in and check out was fast and efficient. The elevators were pretty fast. The lobby was clean. The mattress was comfortable. I especially liked the attached IHOP and Friday's, and the mall being conveniently located across the road.

Cons:

The thermostat in the rooms were locked to a certain temperature (68-73 degrees). We were freezing, and couldn't get the heat to turn on at night. The air conditioner kept turning on, making our stay especially uncomfortable. I also didn't like the small bed pillows.

Very comfy and good stay
Pros:

The staff was excellent. The location was great. Overall it was good and comfy and not far from a lot of places.

Cons:

The shower kept dripping. We had to close it extremely tight for the dripping to stop. The bathroom had a few hair strands in the tub. It needed a bit more detailed cleaning. The breakfast was very minimal. Didn't eat breakfast at all.

Pros:

Such nice staff we had a emotional day dropping off my son and daughter inlaw at the airport so a very comfortable place to stay and kindness from from staff and having a place to eat right made it awesome thank you 😊

Cons:

Maybe clean the air filter the tub didn't drain good.

The Location of Country Inn & Suites was very close to The MN Airport, Airport Car Rentals, Mall Of America and Love The Restaurants, TGI Fridays & IHops for Breakfast, they both are easy & quick to get to and their Food was Delicious!! We Love Country Inn in Bloomington, MN. The Best Hotel To Go & Stay At!!

We Love Everything about Country Inn. Cleanliness, Lobby was Beautiful, Love The Little Store, Staff is Friendly, Love the Hot Tea Stand, Swimming Pool was Beautiful, Love Having The Microwave Oven, Laundry Place & Ice Machine! You're The Best Hotel!!
