Liked the accommodations but the place needs some real improvements technology wise.
Pros:

The King suite ( an apartment] on the 6th floor was quiet, spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed comfortable, the towels of good quality, nice bathroom and enough cabinets and surfaces to unpack our stuff. Close enough to city attractions and easy, free parking.

Cons:

There was no WiFi in the room despite it being advertised as functioning and free. There were no USB plugs, so without chargers you couldn’t charge your devices. Only one of three of public computers was functioning.

Very pricey for the room which was not worth it.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and location was good.

Cons:

Confusing to find our room. We were close to the indoor pool so we could smell heavy chlorine. The area was a little sketchy, lot's of guests (or maybe not guest) hanging around the back of the hotel. We were very worried about our Jeep getting broken into. Very expensive stay an not sure what the "Plus" was in the name of the hotel.

Ok for short stay but no more than 3-4 days
Pros:

The breakfast deal was good. It’s at the diner next door and though tasty ypu only have 4 options to choose from. Staff were nice and room was clean. Quiet.

Cons:

Grounds are terrible. No landscaping, nowhere to just sit outside and get some fresh air. Not sure the external doors in some spots would have locked unless you pull them closed. Huge hotel and just 1 elevator that is very small. Could be an issue if really busy. Some shoddy workmanship - eg some of the door frames into room aren’t well sodered in place . Also buildings have industrial look.

Poor. The staff was unresponsive, and refused to compensate me for the above problems.
Cons:

I had to argue to get the breakfast I had paid for in my reservation.
There was no hot water on Thurs. evening when I arrived. I called the front desk. No one answered. I left a message. There was never any response.
Fri. morning, the only shower temperature available was scalding hot, and I was unable to take a shower. This appears to have been my room only.

Tepid water for a shower, the bath mat was damp. The entire room was damp including the rug. Tiny lumpy pillows.

Great value with lots of perks
Pros:

Our two room suite was the perfect size for my family. Full sized refrigerator was great for our vacation snacks and leftovers. Having the Roundabout Diner was very convenient and their food was exceptional.
The kids loved the pool, the hotel itself was quiet and the location was perfect for all our planned activities.

Cons:

The in room refrigerator was a little on the loud side, but that is a very minor issue
It was a little disappointing that the televisions didn't have an HDMI port as my children were traveling with their video games and couldn't play them on the tv. Again, minor issue.
