Nothing really
I paid $200 too much for this room. There’s nothing I like about it. The safety chain was even broken off of the door when we got there. I barely slept due to that
No hot water! We reported the issue no response. We reported it again and was told it takes about twenty minutes to come on! At best it was Luke warm but not warm enough to take a shower! My wife had to take her shower at the wedding venue we were attending. When asked to speak to the manager we were told that because. We booked through booking dot com ther was nothing he could do. We expect to be compensated for the inconvenience! Other guest had the same issue.
The pool and close to the beach
The hot water situation. Seem to have to waste a lot of water just to get it hot.
The hot water in the shower took a long time to come through and was just warm, not hot water.

The location was very easy to find and the free parking was ideal.
It was very dated. The rooms don’t have closets only cabinets so a full length dress could not be hung. The rooms were very dark even with all of the lamps on ( no overhead lights). The bathroom was too small for 2 people to get ready in. The tub did not drain properly.

The first room we were given was in a wing that smelled so badly like mildew it gave me a headache. There was also a stain on the mattress that looked to be feces or blood. Once we were moved to a second room, that room was 100 times worse with massive large brown stains all over the mattress. It was disgustingly dirty. The entire hotel dies not meet with Best Western standard.
check in, Staff seemed friendly. Listened to the small problem I encountered
The door to my room ,311, Would not shut on its own, Had to give it a little extra effort to close it. This was fine for when I was coming and going but when the house cleaning staff left the door was able to be opened easily. Fortunately nothing of was taken but some one could have entered my room while I wasn't there very easily
Hotel was right off highway and all excursions a short car ride away.
Cleaning staff never tended to room after being requested. Was told on our return, no one there to do it. Given towels, garbage bags, etc and had to clean room ourselves.
