Very relaxing stay
Pros:

The food is really good. Everything was tasty and fresh. The staff is nice. Hamam and spa were wonderful, the spa staff is so so so kind and professional. The massage they do was 10 out of 10.

Cons:

The only thing that was a bit confusing, that most of guests are German pensioners who are annoyed by little children who make splashing noises when they swim, and play in general.
In winter season (till 1st of April) waterslides are not operating.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Tolle Lobby. Moderne, saubere, sehr stylische Zimmer. Das Hotel ist super.
Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Das Caféhaus besuchenswert.
Das Essen im Royal Style ist super. Leider werden Mahlzeiten teils im Nachbarhotel serviert in der Nebensaison und dort ist das Essen wesentlich schlechter.
Rezeption immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Essen wird in der Nebensaison teils im Nachbarhotel gereicht. Dort nicht so gut.
Das Personal im Restaurant ist fleißig und aufmerksam. Aber teils nicht gerade höflich. Kein Blick-Kontakt. Keine Reaktion auf ein freundliches Dankeschön.

An das Hotel und das Animationsteam vielen Dank!
Pros:

Einfach alles Essen,Service,Sauberkeit einfach top!
Macht weiter so wir waren das 3 mal schon in diesem Hotel und kommen definitiv wieder.
Animation war auch Klasse besonders Sinan der die Abende unvergesslich machte.
