Pros:

The hot tub was very hot and relaxing. The kids loved the pool and said it wasn't too cold. Nice selection of fresh fruit at Breakfast.

Cons:

The pillows were terrible, very flat, even when we doubled them up. We had an empty shampoo dispenser in our shower when we arrived. There was also no bedding for the pull-out sofa, so we had to go to the front desk to get some.

A comfortable choice near the Terre haute airport.
Pros:

I needed to come to Terre Haute for some work at the airport. This hotel is very convenient to this site.
The hotel appears to be fairly new, and everything was clean and in good working order. The rooms include a microwave unit, refrigerator, kitchen sink, and dishwasher. The bed was comfortable, and I had a really good night's rest. My stay was quiet and relaxing. There is an indoor pool and what looks like an acceptable exercise gym, though I didn't bring a suit or workout clothing to try them out.
The breakfast was decent, and it appears they change the offerings daily. There were small omelet cups, hash browns, and sausages offered, as well as waffles, oatmeal, cereals, and fruits. The reception desk was very friendly and helpful, and Brea, on my first evening, couldn't have been more informative to help me learn the layout of the hotel and navigate my way around the area for supplies and restaurants.
There are plenty of shops, groceries, and restaurants nearby.
I felt the room rate was very reasonable for what I received.

Good weekend
Pros:

Everything was great. From the time I walk in Brea and Daisha took care of me. They were friendly and always smiling. I had trouble with the TV and they maybe sure it got fixed. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Lobby was very large
I will definitely book this location again.

Great customer service!
Pros:

Home2Suites is my home away from home. It is the high quality customer service that has earned my respect and loyalty. The front desk staff (Bill, Brea, Daisha) and the two women who prepare our breakfasts make me feel like family. They remember me from previous stays, they greet me by name every time I walk through the door and they are quick to help me. The staff all work together well. I can tell that management appreciates them and takes good care of them. I also appreciate the kitchenette because my stays are usually 7-10 days.

Clean, comfortable, easy stay
Pros:

Really pleasant check-in experience! Brea was awesome. She was welcoming, engaging, helpful, and made check in a breeze which is such a relief after a long day on the road. She recognized that I was a gold member and offered me an upgrade without me having to ask. The room was perfect for our needs. Had tons of space, a nice size kitchen, and was very clean. Location was great, right off the highway and felt very safe. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip across the country.

Pleasant experience on a business trip

Very pleasant I was greeted at the front desk by Daisha, who thanked me for being a diamond member and made sure she gave me a verbal tour of the facility and the area. She also assured me that if there was anything I need, just let her know. Daisha also made sure I got my complementary waters and snacks.

A Very Welcoming Hotel Stay!
Pros:

From the moment I heard Jenny’s voice on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. I checked in on my Hilton app but needed help selecting a room. She was kind and caring and I could tell she genuinely enjoy her job helping guests.

I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Brea when I approached the front desk. She was cheerful and caring and provided me with an extra door key card for my husband. After being on the road all day, Brea welcomed me warmly and she was very professional and at the same time confident and easy going. She made me feel right at home:)
