Central to old Chinatown
Pros:

Premium twin room on floor 2 with a balcony had a very spacious quality bathroom, excellent sound proofing and very clean. Slightly on the small side but close to a 4 star standard . Location was close to free CAT bus, bus terminus, and Jetty Food Court where we found great Indian food and many other cuisines.

Cons:

Don't hope to get an early check-in.
