Very nice and cozy place. There is a food court just next to it and walking distance to a lot of places.

The facility and staff are just disappointing...
- There was a blackout in the middle of the day, while I was taking a shower... This is so inconvenient and scary. And there was no communication about this incident/expected time to solve the problem, or whatsoever. We have to wait for it to be fixed.
- We called the reception 3 times asking for a bottle of water. They always responded with: "coming soon," but never came. We had to go down to the reception ourselves and ask them in person. And then they said: " We don't have water in stock that's for free, but you can buy it from us (I guess we used up our quota for 1 bottble/person/day, which is also ridiculous). And plus you could just tell us on the phone "no free water for you today" instead of "coming soon". I've never experienced this before from a hotel. This is outrageous
- Oh, and they won't clean the room if you don't leave before 10 am or so, so good luck with that ; )
算是靜巷，不是太吵!離附近景點走路15分鐘內都會到，離著名景點大約走路3-5分鐘。房間大小可以，我住的這間打掃乾淨，水提供一瓶500ml，2人房會有2瓶，有一個小小的冰箱，但不是太冷。房間溫度可以調控。浴室很大，很不錯，推薦!
Very nice hotel. Good quiet location
We booked it for the location, as we have a ferry to catch and it's a few minutes walking distance to the ferry terminal. It's close to the famous Chew Jetty, Penang State Museum and Fort Cornwallis. It has almost everything you need for a short stay and the air conditioner was powerful. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The floor was sticky and they didn't provide us any indoor slippers, so we have to wear our socks.
Convenient location and very central to main areas of Georgetown.
The room was not very clean. Floors were sticky and housekeeping kept on forgetting to top up the body wash in the shower. There is mold and grime on the shower doors and window. The buffet breakfast did not have much of a variety and was boring. Would recommend to skip buffet breakfast here and go outside to have better Penang breakfast.

La struttura è molto curata e il soggiorno è stato veramente confortevole.
L’hôtel est bien situé, et leurs chambres sont confortables. Le personnel de ménage était souriant et accueillant.
Le personnel lors de notre check in avait sûrement passé une mauvaise journée, pas accueillant du tout. A peine un bonjour.
Le buffet est quasiment exclusivement asiatique et le gaufrier devait être utilisé par un membre du personnel, qui etait absent…
The hotel is well located close to the old town area so just about everything in George town is walkable. The room was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and willing to help out with everything. Happy to store bags before/after visit. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Bed was good.
