Pros:

Good location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel is not well maintained. At first the control panel of our air conditioner did not work. The temperature kept going down to 21 (which was too cold for me) even if I set it to 25C. Also the power outlet in the bathroom was not working. The hair dryer was supposed to be mouted on the wall, but it turned out to be in the drawer, together with the mouting seat. I could understand why - it had to be taken out of the bathroom for power. The next day the manager provided us another room, which was a little bit smaller than the original one. Interestingly, there was not toilet paper. The sink of the shower compartment was somehow clogged, making the water going down very slowly. And the safe was locked even if I had not used it. To be honest, I was very disappointed with this hotel even though the manager was very friendly.

A good choice if you want to be near the historic centre of town.
Pros:

Staff were generally pleasant and helpful. BBC World Service available on TV, remote battery was promptly replaced. There was enough room for 2 open suitcases. Bed quite firm. AC worked best with bathroom door closed. Relatively cheap laundry service but beware that cotton T shirts can shrink when tumble dried.

Cons:

Shower recess was dirty and mouldy around the corners. Construction work on the pavements in the street and nearby areas made things difficult but this was clearly not the responsibility of the hotel.

Very nice hotel very close to tourist centre and everything can be reached easily by foot... nice breakfast with asian and western option... very friendly staff.. nice room

Totally exceeded our expectations! WJ at the front desk is an absolute gem - friendly and very helpful with all requests
Pros:

Convenient location for ferry terminal (walking distance) and distance to local hotspots

Cons:

Minor inconvenience not having full day F&B facilities (or after hours room service). Nothing major as there is an excellent cafe across the street and a small convenience shop in the same block

Pros:

アメニティやタオルの補充が十分ありたすかりました。フロントの方も丁寧です。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもしていただけました。またGoogleにデポジットの口コミがありましたがデポジットはありませんでした。
シャワーブースは独立しており排水や周囲へ水が飛び散る等のネガティブな口コミがあるホテルが多い中一切ストレスがありませんでした！

Disappointing and not helpful at all; I won't come back again

The room is modern and spacious.

Cons:

The facility and staff are just disappointing...
- There was a blackout in the middle of the day, while I was taking a shower... This is so inconvenient and scary. And there was no communication about this incident/expected time to solve the problem, or whatsoever. We have to wait for it to be fixed.
- We called the reception 3 times asking for a bottle of water. They always responded with: "coming soon," but never came. We had to go down to the reception ourselves and ask them in person. And then they said: " We don't have water in stock that's for free, but you can buy it from us (I guess we used up our quota for 1 bottble/person/day, which is also ridiculous). And plus you could just tell us on the phone "no free water for you today" instead of "coming soon". I've never experienced this before from a hotel. This is outrageous
- Oh, and they won't clean the room if you don't leave before 10 am or so, so good luck with that ; )

Pulizia da rivedere, tutti gli asciugamani e le lenzuola presentavano delle macchie.

Pros:

算是靜巷，不是太吵!離附近景點走路15分鐘內都會到，離著名景點大約走路3-5分鐘。房間大小可以，我住的這間打掃乾淨，水提供一瓶500ml，2人房會有2瓶，有一個小小的冰箱，但不是太冷。房間溫度可以調控。浴室很大，很不錯，推薦!
