Great Location and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

The location is very convenient, with short travel time to most places we wanted to visit. It’s also close to several tourist areas. There’s a great café just across the hotel that stays open until midnight, which was a big plus.

The room itself had a pleasant and comfortable ambiance, which we really appreciated. However, we were assigned a lower floor, and the view was not as nice as expected and did not match what was indicated at the time of booking.

Cons:

The service at the front desk could be improved, as it did not feel particularly warm or welcoming. However, the security staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Another point to note is that the hotel only provides two complimentary bottles of water per day, and additional bottles are chargeable.

We loved our stay the heart of Georgetown!
Pros:

We loved everything. The hotel is close to the ferry and the busstation, perfect to explore Georgetown on foot or the free CAT bus. The hotel and the room is very clean, room is spacious, the minibar was handy and we loved the balcony.

Absolutely Recommended
Pros:

Lovely property, manager was very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff were excellent.

Cons:

Despite the large and amazing breakfast buffet, I found the "hot" food less than warm.

Pros:

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Beautiful buffet breakfast, Excellent location for the sightseeing Bus stop and ferry terminal very close.

Cons:

Neues sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt in einer ruhigen Straße. Das allermeiste Wesentliche ist zu Fuß zu erreichen oder preisgünstig per Grab. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll und hat einen wunderschönen Stil. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers mit Balkon ist klasse, wirkt ganz neu und alles ist perfekt sauber bis in den kleinsten Winkel. Sehr praktisch: Steckdose im Bad zum Föhnen, hatten wir in den anderen Hotels auf unserer Rundreise meist nicht. Bequeme Betten, sehr gute Klimaanlage, lautlos, gut zu regulieren. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist gut bis auf den Kaffee.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksbereich ist zu kalt und die Klimaanlage bläst zu stark an allen Tischen. Deshalb ist es da ungemütlich, obwohl der Raum sehr schön gestaltet ist. Wir haben uns deshalb mit dem Frühstück immer sehr beeilt.

Pros:

Great location, walkable from ferry, clean, facilities very up to date. Staff helpful and kind. Decent breakfast that appeared to cover many cultural preferences.

Cons:

Rooms comfortable but as with new properties, rooms are getting smaller as I get older!

Value for money and excellent location for visiting all the sites in George Town
Pros:

Excellent location - very central and close to the jetty so enjoyed lovely evening walks to the jetty
Lot of eateries very close by
Staff were very accommodating and tried their level best for any request from us - being vegetarian we requested some varieties for breakfast and to our pleasant surprise the chef delivered wonderful healthy vegetarian dishes
Thank you to all the staff at this hotel for making our stay so memorable
