Clean rooms with messy parking planning
Pros:

The staff were friendly and attentive. The room didnt have bugs everywhere. No smoking was allowed. The aquarium was a couple blocks away.

Cons:

Paying $20 per night to park my car a few blocks away with no accessible or handicap parking available was frustrating. I didn’t like having to leave my car in the middle of the road just to check in, then drive to a nearby hotel to use their parking structure, walk back to my room with my bags, and repeat the whole process just to park. On top of that, I had to pay that $20 by 11 a.m. or risk being charged for an extra day, forcing me.to pull out enough money for my stay. Also, the process is inconvenient! You'll have to personally hand a $20 bill to the front desk clerk just to get a parking card for a completely separate location. Goodluck finding parking otherwise. The cars never leave, so just go to the Vons nearby and pull out enough money for the week.

Pros:

The customer service was a 10 out of 10. Every staff member we encountered was very polite and helpful. Lobby area was clean.

Cons:

The bed sheets and towels needed to replaced. The towels were very thin and dingy. The bedsheets were white but the pillowcases were dingy and yellow.

Estaba bonito, bien ubicado, el personal fue amable pero cero proactivos ante situaciones

Cons:

Tuve un incidente con una herida que tenía y sin darme cuenta se me abrió e infortunadamente manche las sábanas, tuve que quitar todo y Le dije al personal lo sucedido y que si tenía ropa de cama disponible extra.Su respuesta fue que no, que no estaba el personal de limpieza y ellos no disponían de sábanas extras. Conclusión dormí sin sábanas limpias
