Desepcionada x el problema del elevador y la televisión

Ke el elevador no funsionaba nos tocó en el 3 piso y era muy cansado la tele no funsiono ningún día y estuve 9 días y las camas están muy chicas

2/10 wasn’t the best hotel stay
Pros:

Good cleaning over all on most of the property and most of the time

Cons:

No wifi connection
No channels
Elevator broke down and hadn’t gotten fixed
Smells be coming out of no where that stinks in the hallways and stairs
Dog poops all over the grass in all surrounding areas by the hotel

Tearable ! No Internet, cable as said ! Dirty ,filthy ,Dog poop, Cockroaches, infected w Ants in cabinets ! Drug Dealers in front of place !!!! And then they treat you like crap ! Totally Bad Experience !

No stay, charged and denied a room.

This property denied me a room. I booked with Booking.com at 11:22pm and, upon arrival, I was informed that their systems rollover at 11pm and that they had no reservation for me in the system and no available rooms. I contacted Booking customer service and have not gotten a refund for over a month.

Estaba muy nerviosa porque yo viaje desde Barcelona hasta Austin y no sabia sí realmente las ftos del Alojamiento eran verdaderas pero súpero nuestras expectativas es limpio y es real como en las fotos

Lo único Qué no me gusto es qué tuve muchos problemas para conectarme al Wi-Fi mucho protocolo para conectarse y yo lo necesitaba porque yo vivo en Barcelona y andaba dé vacaciones en Austin

in general, it was very good
Pros:

I liked the hotel location, cleanliness and its quietness.

Cons:

I did not like the shower in the bathroom. The water shower is not strong enough. Also, the staff were not as expected.
