Pros:

Nothing the booking site does not list that the do not accept or serve anyone from the Charlotte area which is crazy because their not near the airport and are literally in one of the hearts of Charlotte ..

Cons:

The staff treated me very poorly and discriminated towards me . I told the staff member Gus Ferndes that I wanted to see the policy and he told me they have their own personal policies and don’t have a copy . I told him that he was making me uncomfortable and that it was very inconvenient to have to travel all the way here just to be denied service when other people are coming here as I was speaking . . I told him I felt like he was being racist and he gave me a cold bottle of water … like I was working in a field all day or something … horrible

The rooms need an overhaul of cleanines. the smell emanating from the room was too bad

Cons:

No type of proper communication with customers. Had a reservation, they send me emails with updates then I get to property I can't check into my room because of policy changes that did not send in email. Need to improve on how they let customers know about their stay!

overall my stay was great and quite it’s really just that outside area that bothered me at first
Pros:

I liked how quiet it was .

Cons:

When you first get there it’s yn’s hanging outside which made my first impression bad but they don’t bother you it’s very quiet and staff is great ! you do pay a 75 dollar deposit when you get there .

People make the difference!
Pros:

The staff is OUTSTANDING!!!

Cons:

The hotel is undergoing a renovation with a new owner, so not everything is tip top: and I was aware of that. However, some things could have been better. A walk through, to check basic items would be beneficial. Night one: my door lock didn't work. Next day: room change was given. End of day two I realized the bedside electrical outlet didn't work in the new room. Plus, the table was very wonky and the chair would've tipped over if I had sat in it correctly. Day three: another offer to change rooms again - declined, because the table in the new room was just as wonky. Day four I wanted to iron a blouse and found that neither outlet on that wall was operational. The outlets were still not operational when I left.
The staff made the stay worthwhile and a discount was applied.

Terrible all the way around
Pros:

I literally didn’t like anything. Terrible hotel.

Cons:

Got there and no warm water whatsoever. Had to take an ice cold shower. One of the main light switches didn’t work. More water pressure in the sink than the shower. I get it’s located where it is but can hear the traffic of the highway ALL the time. Breakfast was a complete joke. They had bagels and a waffle maker which was fine but they had stinky boiled eggs in a fridge and they literally smelled really bad when you opened the fridge. I mean just overall really terrible.
