A lovely hotel not central but not too far out
Pros:

Went here for 2 days for new years eve, I was really impressed with this hotel, We stayed full board and the variety of food available was really impressive, The room was clean and spacious, We didnt have a balcony so there was no view out the window apart from a white brick wall with a extractor flu, A longer stay this might be a concern to others but we were fine with it, The hotel is not in a central location so its nice and quiet, We dont mind walking and benidorm is flat so again wasnt a issue for us, The manager and staff were really polite and willing to help to any ones needs, They put on a newyears eve party with outstanding food and drink including entertainment free of charge,

En conjunto todo está bastante bien ...Alfonso camarero muy atento super profesional ...

Un camarero k había en comidas k iba de entendido como si fuera el k mandaba ahí ...pero todo estuvo bastante bien

En el restaurante te sientes en una mesa no se puede en este en esta y eso casi siempre con una persona muy burra muy no eres malo

El personal lo mejor.
Pros:

El desayuno poco variado, creo que debería haber recipientes para echar el tomate triturado, la mermelada o la miel, sería mucho más cómodo. La ubicación no está mal.

Pros:

La habitacion era amplia y la cama muy comoda. Nuestra reserva era de una habitacion con ventana y tuvieron el detalle de darnos una habitacion con balcon. Los camareros muy atentos.

Plastic glasses at the bar, kettle in room but no mugs, nor any tea/coffee anyway, floors not cleaned, walls paper thin.
