Nice clean and comfortable hotel.
Pros:

Nice hotel, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, nice location, quite comfortable.

Cons:

Only issue is room walls seem a bit thin, could hear a lot of activity in neighbouring rooms.

Después de muchos años intentando reunirnos toda la familia en esta cadena de hoteles,por fin pudimos hacer la reserva,nunca estaba disponible,me gustaría que hubiera más disponibilidad,nos encanta esta cadena de hoteles,hemos ido al hotel sol y sombra varias veces y ahora al hotel Cuco y nos ha gustado más este.

En general no estaba mal para su precio, pero dejaba mucho que desear.

Cons:

Sin duda, lo peor, la comida, todo con sabor a frito y aceite reusado, muy poca variedad, y cierto personal del comedor algo desagradable.
Colocaron mal los carteles de la comida, poniendo un cartel que no se correspondía con lo que estaban cocinando, algo que si no nos llegamos a dar cuenta, hubiéramos tenido un serio percance debido a una alergia.
El sumidero del grifo del aseo estaba atascado.
Se escuchaba la música de abajo desde la habitación como si estuviéramos ahí mismo.

La ubicación y la animación de Cristina

Cons:

Algo descuidado, habitaciones no muy limpias, la comida regular, el trato de algunos trabajadores... regular. No había tele en la habitación, se la llevaron antes de hacer el check in (vimos a un técnico con ella saliendo del ascensor), no nos informaron ni nos dijeron nada durante la estancia...

A lovely hotel not central but not too far out
Pros:

Went here for 2 days for new years eve, I was really impressed with this hotel, We stayed full board and the variety of food available was really impressive, The room was clean and spacious, We didnt have a balcony so there was no view out the window apart from a white brick wall with a extractor flu, A longer stay this might be a concern to others but we were fine with it, The hotel is not in a central location so its nice and quiet, We dont mind walking and benidorm is flat so again wasnt a issue for us, The manager and staff were really polite and willing to help to any ones needs, They put on a newyears eve party with outstanding food and drink including entertainment free of charge,

El personal lo mejor.
Pros:

El desayuno poco variado, creo que debería haber recipientes para echar el tomate triturado, la mermelada o la miel, sería mucho más cómodo. La ubicación no está mal.

El café bastante malo.
