Staff really helpful and nice. Room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was great, modern. Breakfast was western style. Room was clean.

Awesome, would recommend!
Pros:

Everything was awesome.
Rooms were big and clean, breakfast had amazing local features, good coffe, juice and a lot more, including western stuff.
The location was somehow in the middle of everything, which made it possible to arrive at most of the places within 20-30min (walk+train).
One of the best hotels I had in Osaka.

Wonderful
Pros:

It's my second time and it's just as good as the first time. The location is close enough to the main Shinsaibashi area but far enough away from the noise and crowds, with the closest station entrance outside the hotel, which was convenient. The room was decent and the large number of coin laundry machines was great.

Pros:

清潔で快適でした。　朝食も、初日はとても良かったです。

Cons:

朝食の内容が、３日間略同じでしたので、連泊するとあきます。（２日目はスープが変更されていて、３日はスムージーの１つが変更になっていただけでした）
１泊でも３泊でも、Welcome Drinkのコインが一人１個なのは、ちょっと損した感じがしました。
