Business style hotel with good amenities and DJs doing their best to liven up a listless crowd.
Pros:

The shared common space was a beautiful area and the free flowing coffee and lattes were great. Even a short film night and some rotating DJs. Definitely a great effort to provide some entertainment for their guests. Breakfast was good if not spectacular given the high standards of Japanese breakfast buffets.

Cons:

Service could be a little stiff, and the location is definitely business oriented. Perfectly understandable, but it was all a little taciturn.

Als ik weer in Osaka verblijf, kom ik hier zeker weer terug.
Pros:

Echt een geweldig verblijf. Alles is goed geregeld.
De kamers zijn goed. Alles is schoon en zeer goede receptie. De metrostation is letterlijk naast de deur.
Je kan dus overal heen.

Great experience, phenomenal breakfast, and GREAT LOCATION to all the action.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was phenomenal. It featured smoked salmon, fresh salads, scrambled eggs, bacon, chicken with mushrooms, donuts, fresh coffee and matcha tea, blended juices and orange juice, plus more. The dining area was very inviting.
My room had a single queen bed with a desk, small fridge, and a large LCD TV. The bathroom had the usual Japanese style toilet with wash feature (bidet) and a large walk in shower with rain shower head plus a spray wand.
The hotel is located in a GREAT location with a subway ENTRANCE literally beside the lobby doors. Plus, the hotel is two stops from Osaka Station and the Dotonbori River District.
Since the hotel is located away from the main tourist areas, the surrounding area is peaceful, with the usual Starbucks, Family Mart and small restaurants.
