Great hotel, friendly staff but no English
Pros:

Beautiful facilities, beautiful room, great value for money and a great location

Cons:

The staff don’t speak English, they know a couple of key words and phrases but they absolutely do not understand anything you are saying. They were unable to answer any of my questions. I would expect much better from a 4-star hotel in a tourist heavy district of Japan.

Everything was superb. Welcome drink, easy check in, lovely bar and very good bathroom in our room.

Cons:

I would like to have some kind of small wellness - like finnish sauna. But that is only my preference.

Great place to regroup and refresh!!
Pros:

This place is great! The lounge adds a huge bonus- place to eat, chill, hang out, and we had djs 3 of the 4 nights we stayed. Super cool. Love the evening offerings of facial creams and masks. I definitely looked better checking out than checking in !!

Cons:

Breakfast was great, with western and Japanese offerings, but it was exactly the same every day. A bit of variety might be nice for longer staying guests.

Great hotel, close to absolutely everything! Would stay again.
Pros:

Great hotel and right on top of the train station so was perfect to get to everyday which was helpful as a tourist in a new city. Near great restaurants and cafes and very close on foot to shopping malls and bars. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was large and clean. The shower was incredibly comfortable!
