Not a great stay. The only positive was the bed was comfortable. Needs updating for sure!

I liked the location and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The bathtub was soft and felt like I was going to fall through the floor. There was hair stuck on the shower wall when we got there. Cleaning wasn't great. Then we never got our room cleaned and we were there for 3 nights. There was no refrigerator to keep water cold. No attendant ever came to clean the room. We had to call down at 11:30 pm for towels to take a shower. The vending machines on 2 floors wasnt working so we had to get in and out of the elevator to find a working one. . Only 1 of 4 elevators were working so had to wait a very long time for one. The non smoking section of the casino was a joke. None of the good machines there. When we went in there, not one person was there because of that, I'm sure.

Good location, good parking

Cons:

Only one elevator out of 4 working huge line waiting for elevator, no refrigerator in the room, $7 for bottle of water and not one slot machine paid anything very tight machines.

Great location and reasonable prices for dining.
Pros:

Absolutely loved the room except for the wonky WiFi. View was amazing. The pool area is nicely laid out and there's plenty of lounges for everyone. Dining options were excellent and reasonable.

Cons:

Better WiFi. Coffee service included rather than an extra $20. More food options in the vending machines - protein bars, chips &/or crackers.

A STAY FOR FUN
Pros:

I'm always impressed with this casino. The games are fun and not overly expensive to play. There are many things you can do here. The cost of the food was within my means and tasted great. The people there are very helpful when I ask questions. The room was, as always, clean and comfortable.

We have enjoyed stopping and staying at Sunset Station on our road trips
Pros:

Excellent food. Good service

Cons:

The hair dryer was not working.
We called housekeeping and they said they would be right up to our room.
90 minutes later I check in again and they told us it would take awhile? Disappointed that I had to leave the hotel with wet hair.

Pros:

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding a security staff member at Sunset Station Hotel & Casino named Vanessa.

During my experience, her way of addressing customers was inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Her attitude was hostile, and at no point did she show any willingness to assist or communicate in a proper manner. As a customer, I expect to be treated with dignity, and that standard was not met.

Security staff represent the establishment, and it is concerning that someone with this type of behavior is interacting directly with guests. Situations like this negatively impact the customer experience and leave a very poor impression of the venue.

I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate action is taken to ensure all customers are treated with respect.

Stayed there last Saturday after calling and asking pool hours said we're open til 7 we checked in at 4 got to pool at 5 next thing we knew pool was closing was only reason getting a room the room towels stunk coffee creamer dripped all over tv stand carpet was nasty had black beattles on beds rooms are not clean wouldn't give a refrigerator to put baby's milk in and meds had to upgrade room rooms are not worth renting stayed in.room 2121 they offered a small refund should have credited whole thing back rooms are disgusting not worth the price with everything we went through should had full credit
