Cons:

I didn't like all the different charges that showed up on my credit card. It was very confusing to figure out the charges. there were 4 separate charges. eventually all the pending charges dropped but it took 5 days. In the mean time I tried to get a hold of customer service and it keep saying connection error. Also, I hate the resort fee gouge...We are finished with LV.

Easy and entry points.
Lots of on site entertainment for all ages

Overall hotel great location for our event venue

Cons:

Lots of trouble with key cards deactivating this went through over 20 times needing to request new cards which at times waiting in line was horrible.
Pool was opened and then shut down due to slippery surfaces so we had no access to pool during our heat wave trip which was very upsetting.
Lots of trouble with elevators not working or.sgut down for maintenance.
Beds extremely uncomfortable and much wear and tear in bathrooms.
Toilet paper was 1-ply and very cheap

Pros:

Det var var rengjøring hver dag. Personalet er smilende. Lystett gardin.

Cons:

Oppgraderte rommet for bedre utsikt og kjøleskap. Egentlig liten vits å gjøre det ( for min del.) Kan fint drikke romtemperert vann/ brus og maten kjøpte vi ute. Fikk rom i øverste etg. ( 21) etter at resepsjonist spurte om vi ville oppgradere. Trøtt som jeg var etter 16 timers reise sa jeg ja. Usikten jeg fikk var egt over parkeringsplassen. Selv om mann ser fjellene i bakgrunnen. Igjen liten vits for min del å bruke ekstra penger på å oppgradere.. Ser ut av vinduet to ganger. Når jeg åpner og lukker gardinene.
Rengjøring rundt toalettet kunne vært bedre.
Det var en del gris på søyle på toalett.
Synes sengene var harde og putene var for store og harde. Kunne hatt to forskjellig størrelse på puter.

Bassenget ble stengt 5 timer etter sesongåpning , så undersøk på forhånd om det er åpent. (Mars 26.)

Our stay was very nice. We would stay longer and more often if it wasn’t so expensive.

Good value, safe and clean, a little away from the strip.
Pros:

The value was exceptional, and the location was central for my activities. The location was very accessible by car. The facilities are clean and up to date. Check-in was easy, although the room was not ready at the time, they offered the option of another room or a text when it was ready.

Cons:

Having stairs only and no direct ramp access close to the guest elevators was a bit annoying but not a deal breaker. Some renovations in the casino required extra walking, but that should be completed in June.
