It was nice and clean.

Cons:

I reserved 3 rooms for 1 day 2 of the rooms A/C unit would not turn off all night long and one of the rooms the A/C unit would make laud noise when it was turning on. Could not sleep all night long I think I should get a refund for 2 rooms!! I was too tired to call the front desk and too busy to check to see if they worked correctly. That’s not my job. I am the customer.. I was here to visit my very sick and dying uncle not to have fun..

Not a comfortable bed and not quiet rooms. You hear everything up above and to the side of you.
Cons:

The bed was horrible. I am not sure what it is made out of but we slept horrible.

It ok but would not go back
Pros:

It was clean and the staff was very nice

Cons:

The rooms at every outdated and our shower head es broken we also kept having trouble with the room keys not scanning on the elevator and door

Disappointed stay
Pros:

Valet was great.

Cons:

We have stayed there before and enjoyed it very much. This time we booked an Executive King Room, which we found out was only on the top floor. We asked if we could get a little lower floor as we hate waiting for elevators and I'm on a walker. They said it wasn't a problem and would be of "equal space and value". It wasn't even close. It was run down, the carpet was so dirty we couldn't go barefoot, and it was a much smaller space with an open bathroom area. Even the bar areas were very dirty. We had to ask for a towel to clean around the machines to play. I will definitely rethink my choice for my trip next month.
