The property overall outside was clean

Cons:

I would’ve liked to stayed at this property, but some of the staff not all but some we’re just downright rude and we had a reservation with our pet and the day of check-in. They decided to tell us that there were no rooms available for pets because they set aside a certain amount of rooms for pets and so my question is then what is the sense in booking a room or making a reservation if they’re not going to hold up their end and that is just downright frustrating

Todo en general. es una muy buena opción para cuando viajas y te vas a hospedar más de una semana. El personal es amable, las instalaciones superan la relación, costo o calidad.

Cons:

Políticas en la reservación. Ya que no son nada flexibles. Al principio de mi reservación separé nueve días por cuestiones de trabajo, tuve que retirarme al 4 día, y no me dieron solución para un posible regreso de dinero por los días que no se usó. En otros lados, noche que usas, noche que pagas.

This hotel is disgusting to say the least. The office reeked of marijuana, from the staff! The rooms were never cleaned. I suggest Booking.com remove them from their hotels as this hotel is horrendous! I actually called to cancel my reservations early, spoke to Rosemary (she was nice) who confirmed the cancelation, and I was due a refund. Instead, they went in and took more money from my account. I left about 3 messages for the manager Precious and till this date I am waiting for a call back. You get what you pay for. Never again!!!!

The customer service was horrific!!! I'd call my room. TO check on my sick mom and they would say things like "im on break and to call back in 15 or my guest not to call the room back. And told me to leave my paid Dwelling while cleaning the room! Very inconvenient! Cause I work Overnight and needed rest while it took them 45 min a while to clean my room!! And the staff was all very RUDE!!! EVERY STAFF I came across! I Would not recommend this property to my worst enemy!!

Title: Very bad experience – discrimination

Review:
I stayed at this hotel for one week, and it was a terrible experience. I had booked a room with one bed, but after driving 3 hours from Houston, the staff refused to honor my booking and gave me a room with two beds instead. After one week, I requested to extend my stay weekly for three months, but they refused and forced me to leave at noon in the hot weather.

I felt clear discrimination against me just because I am an Arab Muslim. When I contacted the police, they said the hotel had the right to refuse the booking and did not provide any help.

Overall, it was a very bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel to any Muslim or Arab traveler.

I liked everything about the location accept for the head maid. I feel that she bullied the employees that were under her and I witnessed her being unusually hard on them. I would go back If she wasn’t there. I was afraid for the ladies job security

Cons:

The staff were all rude except for the lady who works at night, the place was untidy and they do not provide any cookware or cutlery despite being an extended stay. Our room was booked for 10 nights via booking. However, we were charged for 14 nights, despite only needing 10 nights.
