Location, just off the NYS Thruway, was excellent.

Cons:

There was no elevator at this property and nobody to help with baggage. This was not disclosed on the hotel website. I wouldn't have booked there, if I had known, as I have a disability. Further, the carpet was filthy and the towels old and worn paper thin. The hot water wasn't really hot. The wifi only worked in the room, and not in the lobby.

Cons:

On check on the clerk said my room number out loud with a strange man standing waiting to check in. Not safe. Also a second bedside table would be great. I had to put my water bottle, glasses and phone on the floor

Pros:

Bathroom and bed.

Cons:

Dirty, run down, poorly lit. Cool water in heated pool. No lights in the pool area, at all. Pool area had trash. Vending machine doesn’t take credit card, coins or the cash it says it will. Received multiple unneeded calls about an early check in. Dimly lit room. Very old heating system. Received pushy treatment about checking out regarding my complimentary late check out.

Book at your own peril, its not cheap, and if it is, it isn't worth it. Better to stay in your car.

There was free coffee...

Cons:

1. Bathtub had someone's else's hair in it.
2. Front desk could not print a pdf, the front desk person said "Sorry cannot do it, so sorry".
3. Me to front desk: is there drinking water on site?, Front Desk: "No".
3. Scolding hot coffee in the lobby had no lids, I asked the front desk and he said "Out of stock, sorry"
4. This hotel is on the freeway, so yes you will hear the speeding cars go by.

Pros:

Close to the town of Saugerties.

Cons:

TV wasn't working as it should - impossible to watch the news on cable TV (terrible service) - and it was very difficult to get wi-fi service.

Cons:

Honestly, for the money I paid for two nights, our room wasn't what we expected. I tried to use the microwave and there was mold on the bottom—I tried to clean it... the bathroom was the same way; we’d flush the toilet and there was something stuck to the bottom. One more thing: something was biting us at night…() Thanks anyway.
