Everything I could ask for
Pros:

The hotel is clean, spacious and modern; and the soundproofing works a treat.
The location is within walking distance of major attractions, and very close to several bus stops.
The staff at the hotel are wonderful: friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.
I would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

Appartamento con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno autonomo. Posizione un po' decentrata rispetto hai punti di interesse. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Se nella dotazione delle camera ci sono delle stoviglie è necessario che siano pulitissime, altrimenti un plus di trasforma in un minus.

Pros:

Топ хотел във всяко едно отношение. Хотелът се намира на много добро място, в близост до всякакви автобусни спирки и на 3 минути от Турия. Персоналът е адски любезен. Има и къде да си оставите багажа в първия и последния ден. Стаите са страхотни, много добре обзаведени, с всичко необходимо в тях. Всекидневно почистват, дори пускат съдомиялната.

Cons:

Подът е брутално студен! В никакъв случай не може да се седи бос, дори по чорапи е студено. Друга забележка нямам!

Awesome!!!
Pros:

Excellent experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfy apartment. Location was perfect. The parking was a huge bonus.
I will return for sure.
Suggestion: Please, build a swimming pool :)

Cercherò Ramirez Flats in ogni città in cui andrò!
Pros:

Appartamento completo di tutto: frigorifero, lavastoviglie, forno, macchinetta del caffè, lavatrice e asciugatrice (queste due a pagamento ma cmq disponibili). Servizio efficiente. Posizione leggermente decentrata ma collegata bene.

Cons:

Come a Barcellona manca il bidè e non è attiva la ventola in bagno

Very comfortable apratments, perfect for a family, and close to everything we wanted to visit.
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean apartments, super well insulated sound from the rather busy street, perfeclty black out shutters and curtains. The daily cleaning service and cozy beds even the pull-out couch were a huge plus. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and 24/7 there to greet you. We could easily walk to the park, hail a taxi, or take a bus. Easy access to a supermarket nearby and all the basic cooking utensils you could need. We had a wonderful stay, and the AC was really powerful.

Cons:

The bathroom has no exhaust fan and although it seemed very clean, it did smell a bit strange pretty frequently.

Pros:

Ottimo appartamento, grande, moderno, pulito. Sotto l appartamento c è un bar/ristorante dove poter fare colazione e cenare. Solo un po decentrato, né vicino al mare né vicino al centro, vicino alla nuova zona della Scienza raggiungibile a piedi. vicinissimo alla fermata del bus e comunque i taxi sono economici quindi nessuna difficoltà a raggiungere qualsiasi luogo. Personale all’ingresso molto cordiale e disponibile a dare qualsiasi informazione.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 due adulti e 2 bambini x la nostra vacanza, camera super pulita, letto e cuscini comodissimi ci hanno anche fornito dei cuscini ortopedici. Il ramirez flats e a metà strada da tutte le attrazioni di Valencia con poca strada a piedi raggiungi tutto... E x ultimo lo staff e stato super gentile e disponibile.consigliatissimo.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, nous avons tout fait à pied, notamment le magnifique jardin Turia. L’accueil chaleureux du personnel. Le confort et l’équipement de l’appartement.

Cons:

La femme de ménage qui demande dès 9h si nous quittons l’appartement pour faire le ménage. Salle de bain un peu petite pour 4. (2 adultes et 2 enfants)

Fabulous!
Pros:

The location is perfect. It is between the beach and city center so it’s perfect. You can get around by bus pretty easily. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room gets cleaned every day and they also provide coffee cups for you to make coffee in the morning or anytime.
