От посрещането до изпращането всичко беше перфектно.Апартамента се почистваше всекидневно,кухнята беше оборудвана с всичко необходимо.Получихме съдействие за всичко , което ни интересуваше. Благодарим ви ,със сигурно ще отседнем отново там .

Minunata locație, aproape de inima orașului, foarte curat, personal excepțional( as mentiona-o în mod special pe Tamara), un loc special care, la fel ca întregul oraș, te face sa îl iubești

Cazarea ne-a plăcut per total – locația este foarte avantajoasă, fiind aproape de punctele centrale ale orașului.

I can't praise the staff enough for their amazing hospitality and the kindness they showed us throughout our 3 nights. Tamara checked us in and she was so thorough. She made sure our kids were entertained with stickers and colouring activities and after we came back down, she went through the entire map of the city they give you in detail. It was so helpful. My husband needed football tickets printed and they did that for him. They booked us our tickets to the Science centre and helped us sort out our train to Madrid. We also had staff call around to see what restaurants in the area were open, having two toddlers made 8pm dinners a little difficult. When we checked out they called us a taxi because Uber's in Spain don't take toddlers do that was a massive help and weight off our shoulders.
Our room was so spacious for 4 people and there was a little welcome pack for the kids too. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. The City of Arts and Science was a 15 minute walk and you could get to the old town within 20 minutes. There is a little supermarket across the street and a cute cafe on the corner beside the supermarket so perfect for morning stops.
If we come back we will definitely be booking again.
There is also laundry in site and they kindly provide detergent for free.

​Maravilloso. No falta detalle en los apartamentos para sentirse igual de cómodo que en tu propia casa. Ni los hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas donde he estado me han ofrecido nunca lo que ofrecen en Ramírez Flats. Tienen buenos secadores de pelo, con boquilla para pelo liso, tienen planchas para el pelo, productos de higiene personal, de costura, de afeitado, acondicionador para el pelo, dos televisores grandes, uno en el salón y el otro en la habitación, las camas son muy cómodas y puedes escoger el tipo de almohada que quieres, viscolástica, cervical o la normal de espuma. Ofrecen paraguas a los clientes para los días de lluvia. En la cocina dispones de todo, microondas, horno, nevera, cafetera dolce gusto, lavavajillas, todo tipo de utensilios, productos de limpieza, cápsulas de café, té verde, agua, sal, aceite, vinagre... todo en monodosis. No sé si me olvido de algo porque ya digo q que hay de todo, y todo incluido en el precio del apartamento. Que se me olvida... el personal amabilísimo, super servicial y atento. Sin duda repetiré siempre que vuelva a Valencia. 200% recomendable. Olvidé hacer fotos pero las que hay en la página web se ven muy bien.
