מבנה היסטורי יפיפה ורומנטי, חצר עם גינה מטופחת להפליא, צוות מאיר פנים, אדיב ומקצועי. פינה קסומה, שקטה ומיוחדת בלב-ליבה של ירושלים, במרחק הליכה מכל האתרים המרכזיים.

Lovely hotel, but unfortunately ruined by extremely rude management and terrible customer service.
Cons:

The hotel itself is lovely and the room was great. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the manager’s attitude and extremely poor customer service.

The manager was unnecessarily rude and made what should have been a pleasant stay very frustrating. It’s disappointing when an otherwise lovely hotel is let down by the way guests are treated.

The property and room were great, but based on the customer service experience with the manager, I would not recommend staying here.

Чисто и уютно, высокие потолки, очень добрый и отзывчивый персонал. Есть стоянка для автомобиля. Красивый двор с фонтаном и зеленью. Тихо и спокойно.

בניין יפה עם חצר פנימית נהדרת. חדר מרווח. חתולים חמודים שמארחים חברה בזמן ארוחת הבוקר. לשמחתנו, החניה בפנים היתה פנויה. אהבנו שהמלון לא כשר ואפשר לקבל קפה ממכונת קפה בארוחת הבוקר של שבת

שהינו 2 סופי שבוע. בסופשבוע השני קיבלנו חדר ממש גדול, אבל ההרגשה היתה שזה במידה מסוימת על חשבון חדר הרחצה שלא היה בו מקום להניח חפצים. החדר הזה היה יותר קרוב לרחוב ולכן היה רועש יותר

Pros:

A small island of serenity in a middle of very busy city.
Less the two minutes of walk to the central street of Yafo (and the public transport (bus and tram). Lots of pubs, a couple of very nice ones located 50 meters from the hotel.
The hotel is clean and well managed, stuff super friendly, huge room and exellent bed.
Absolutely loved it.
