Great stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect: staff, new, modern building and room, cleanness, facilities plus Asian breakfast included in room price (which was not mentioned during booking). You need your own transport as hotel is located quite far from Chiang Khan (my favourite town in Thailand). Would recommend.
