Horrible
Cons:

When I checked in my reservation was not found I far it was reserved for another date the 21st of January, I booked on booking at 124.00 and I ended up paying 200.00 I had to rebook on the spot.
The entire place smelled like drugs it came through the vents in the room.

Cons:

Room smelt like a ashtray. Even know it said non smoking. Found a bug in the tub. Couch had mystery stains all over it. And the beds were so uncomfortable.

Pros:

Front desk clerk was friendly and great customer service checking us in a party of 4. Property well maintained. Room decor was nice, very quiet and the bed were very comfortable. I like that it has a stove, fridge and microwave and etc. Close to grocery store and restaurant . Will definitely stay here again whenever I have a cruise or just visiting Tampa.

pretty good stay
Pros:

the cleanliness was good and so was the location. staff was good and friendly

there was no breakfast provided the hot water wasn't hot there are not enough cameras for the guest's protection

Overall cozy for a great price, would stay again.
Pros:

Room was super cute and bed was comfortable, staff very nice once we got there. Room smelled and looked clean.

Cons:

Tried calling the hotel several times nobody ever answered finally had to call the reservation line and they couldn’t even get ahold of the staff. There was also water leaking in several places around the check in. In the room the toilet had an abnormally long wait time between the ability to flush.

Cons:

I tried to contact property many of times prior to my stay to confirm if my request could be met. I want asking for much but a handicapped room for my husband. I waited for days and no one called. I tried to call property lots of times and i could never get through and the one time i did the placed me on hold for more than 30 minutes. Booking.com tried to contact the property and no one answered. Horrible customer service

I wish I did not waste my money
Pros:

The staff was polite but seemed very overwhelmed.

Cons:

The first room I got smelt like dead fish. The second room i got had the ac was broken and smelt like mold. I actually ended up leaving it was so bad.

Pros:

We didn't have an option for breakfast that we were aware of.

Cons:

We didn't have any hot water at all from the time we stayed there..and the front deak said they did not have maitance until Sunday which is the the day we were leaving..We were from out of town and expected to at least have hot water. I happened to talk to people the live there and they also had an issue the hot water issue.
