Friendly staff and clean, comfortable accommodation but no breakfast or needed equipment in room.
Pros:

The location was practically perfect. We had no problem getting to various restaurants or the church we needed to attend on Saturday evening. Everything was less than 30 minutes away. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide breakfast as this is intended as a longer stay hotel but there are also no dishes, pots and pans, utensils or cutlery in the room so you're pretty much forced into restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Either a breakfast offering or "equipment" in the room to be able to fix yourself something to eat. Who wants to buy stuff to equip a kitchen even if you're going to be there for an extended period of time? It would need to be at LEAST six months to justify the expense of buying everything and then donating it somewhere when you leave because you probably don't need it at home,

Not good.
Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The price I booked through Booking.com was not respected — I was charged more upon arrival, which is unacceptable.

The room was clearly not clean. The walls and tables had visible stains that looked like dried liquids or bodily fluids. The carpet had a strange, unpleasant smell and did not appear to have been properly cleaned.

The bathroom was also dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the entire room felt neglected.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a noticeable dent in the mattress, and the pillows were small and inadequate. The chairs and curtains were stained, and there was a significant amount of dust throughout the room.

I would not recommend staying here. The cleanliness and overall condition of the room were far below acceptable standards.

Friendly staff - good value - Clean - easy parking - close to PUBLIX and restaurants
Pros:

Clean. Weekly housekeeping. Pest control once during our 3 week stay - although they could have offered use of the conference room instead of having to vacate the room for 3 hours.

Cons:

We had a couple maintenance issues that weren't addressed. The Keurig died within a couple days of our arrival. We reported it a couple times but it wasn't replaced. We ended up buying our own coffee maker. A refrigerator door shelf broke. It was not replaced. Although there is a two burner stove top, there were no pots or pans. No plates, glasses or silverware.
