Pros:

Our room shared a door with an adjacent room, and the noise from that room via that door kept us from getting a good night sleep.

Loved it here! My only complaint is breakfast. I think it would be better if you didn’t offer breakfast as to what was actually given. Juice and granola bars are breakfast for people in a rush.

The young man that checked us in was excellent. He seemed very proud to work for the hotel. My older son even commented on how nice he was when he asked for an extra towel. This was by far the best Red Roof we have ever stayed. The room was nice as well.

The room keys shut off every 2-3 days. We were staying 9 nights so needed to go down to the front desk to get them re-programmed. As we were coming back late at night, this was extremely inconvenient. There was no parking in the front of the building so we needed to park in the back of the building and walk all the way around. Again, being very inconvenient and especially late at night in an area that was not well lit etc. The first room they put us in just filled with ants. They needed to move us and the second room as well. We finally settled into a third room, but it did not have a kitchenette that we paid for. The maide staff only serviced the room one time when we were there. Each day we would have to go down to the front desk to get clean towels and then empty our own . I was extremely unhappy with the customer service I received.

The property needed serious rennovation. Only a single door entry, poor outside lighting, dark stairwells, no food services and the list could go on.
