Find somewhere else to stay!
Pros:

After my flight was cancelled the airline put me up in this hotel. Had I been a paying guest I would have made a complaint on site. This has to be the worst Holiday Inn I have EVER stayed at. Dirty bathroom floor, no water pressure or hot water. Beds so worn when you laid down you sunk in and rolled to the middle. The whole building smelt like Marijuana. Slept 3 hrs and got the heck out.

Won't stay at a Holiday Inn again.
Pros:

Proximity to airport.

Cons:

Toilet intermittently working; had to change rooms @1230am. Only to move into another room where the toilet was used; left unflushed in toilet. Linens smelled like they weren't washed; like the bed was just made up after previous guests.

Gets the job done
Pros:

Friendly and competent front desk staff. Great location. Rooms are a little tired, but the bed is comfy and there is lots of hot water for your shower. HVAC works well. Gym has nice equipment, but when I was there, no towels or cups for water. Nice selection of snack items for purchase in the lobby.

Great spot to crash before an early morning flight.
Pros:

Loved the location was able to walk to the DCA terminal.

Cons:

Waited for the shuttle at 4am but it didn’t go on time. So we walked instead which was fine.
